I called in to get a quote on one of my new vehicles, and I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Carol. I have dealt with plenty of insurance companies and with the amount of terrible experiences I’ve had, I have developed a sense of cautiousness when thinking of switching companies. I forgot about those experiences when talking to Carol. The amount of thoroughness was out of this world. She has fantastic customer service, and she did her absolute best to give me the best deal while also making sure that both my vehicle and myself was protected. After an experience like that, I will definitely be switching soon. If I had the choice, I would give her 10/5 stars!

All the girls are always so helpful, Maggie has helped me numerous times and is so patient with me. They always answer any questions I have. Any changes made are explained in detail and they end up figuring out all the problems I have. A great team to work with 10/10 recommend!
