I was shocked they opened late at 11:30 am and when I went back at 1:30 the girl was gonna take lunch. Told me to come back. After I went to the office 2x. Who takes lunch after 2 hours of opening up?. Wow very disappointed.

Horrible company. They fire their employees over nothing. The boss looks for something to get them in trouble to fire them.

Super super super super slow service if you dont have a life come get a quote here they dont know what they are doing at all I was here for 53 min had all paper work ready she keep giving different quotes said it was one price then another she put wrong vehicle vin number...HEY FRED HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES TAKE SOME CLASSES FOR TYPING. Anyway didn't even buy from them ....found a better insurance company elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

La oficina en tulare no tiene gente eficiente su servicio es muy lento pedi que me mandaran una prueba de aseguranza a mi e-mail y me lo mandaron 3 horas despues por que la supervisora estaba ocupada y vas ala oficina y estan en su telefono en horas de trabajo espero y alguien de mas rango en esta conpania me las opiniones de los clientes y tome cartas en el asunto
