I was calling from out of town with questions regarding a four wheeler of mine. The service advisor knew I was 24 hours away from him and probably wouldn’t be able to support his business because of that. Knowing this, the service advisor stilled helped me diagnose my problems over the phone and was extremely knowledgeable about the topic. Never got his name but I wish the dealers around here had his kind a customer service. Definitely would recommended this business to anybody looking to purchase or service their machine!!!

I cant say enough great things about Tulare Polaris. When my local dealer wouldn't bother calling me back after multiple attempts Ryan was more than willing to go above and beyond to get my RZR diagnosed and repaired. Well worth the drive from Bakersfield. If you are looking for a new unit, parts or service support I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Called these guys regarding problems with my Ranger 700XP. Was allowed to make an appoinment and wait while they fixed my issues (I thought it was a TPS - but it turned out to be something totally different). Great service crew at a very reasonable rate!
