One of ths best breakfast/lunch places in Oxnard!!!

Everything here is excellent. The menu is created by a nutritionist who knows flavors and good tasty healthy food. I'm very surprised on the variety of options, making it easier to visit 3 times a week!

The special changes often and I now make a point to try whatever they offer. Last week they had a beef braised tacos! This week they had jalepenos popper grilled cheese sandwich! Oh so delicious. The food is amazingly good I forgot to share pictures. I'd prefer lunch to the breakfast, but breakfast was pretty good too.

I highly recommend this place, especially if you are trying to make a good impression about making good choices.

This was our first time here. I had the chilaqulas and they were delicious! The coffee was also very good. My daughter had the waffles and said they were amazing. We will definitely be back :)

Best cafe around Oxnard for both food and coffee. The organic soda here is is stunning and the tuna sandwich is very tasty. The chipotle chicken sandwich, the california sandwich and the veggie tacos are a must!

My mom is vegetarian and we love coming to this place because of its wide variety of options! The food is delicious and the environment is welcoming, I totally look forward to our next breakfast / lunch together here!

Perfect spot for Sunday brunch.... Quiche was very good and OJ was the best OJ I had in any cafes... Also you cannot miss the pan cakes...

Yummy salad love the balsamic vinegar looks home made not sure but it's great, didn't take too long to get it considered it was lunch time.

I visited this place three days in a row: Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I was impressed by my first meal here so I decided to go back. I have had two different sandwiches and two soups - all delicious. Their tea is good as well. The staff is friendly and the food is delivered in a reasonable amount of time. By far the worst meal I received was today: waffle, sausage, bacon and eggs. First, I order a full waffle - received 1/2; the server said they were fixing a new batch of batter. I was hungry so I was almost finished with my meal before the other half came out. The waffle was nothing to write home about; I make a better one at home. The eggs look like they came from a carton and not mixed by hand. The bacon was good in terms of thickness but it came out limp and greasy however I did not specify how I wanted it cooked. The sausage was the best of the meal. Someone did come over and ask how the meal was and I said it was so so and told them about the waffle. I also pointed out that the salt and pepper shaker were almost out. The people were leaving next to me and their salt and pepper shakers were the same so they are not paying attention to this. The tables are not cleaned off quickly enough - sure they are cleared but they are not wiped down like they should. Overall - if you try during the week, things may be good.

Update. Have eaten here many more times. Food consistently good. Service good. I appreciate several aspects of this business such as use of paper straws, the cane soda fountain drinks, sizing of the portions and the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

Their name fits their menu to a tee! Fresh AND Fabulous. I have been going to F&F for the past 4 years and am never disappointed. Salads are made with fresh ingredients, the specials are seasonal and the quality of the food is excellent. Their menu allows you to try new things and if you want something catered .. they do that too! And, let's not forget their excellent staff who offer fantastic customer service, treating everyone like family. I can honestly say, it's the BEST and FRESHEST place to dine for breakfast or lunch in downtown Oxnard.

Absolutely love their menu items. One of my favs is the croissant egg sandwhich with avocado.

Very nice and fresh cafe that serves great food! I love their sandwiches and salads that make me want more and more. They truly live up to their name! If you ever want to eat a good lunch before a movie, or maybe eat then have some ice cream afterwards, this is the place to go. Been here multiple times and will be back again!

The food is unique, tasty and truly "fresh and fabulous." Everything is delicious and you feel good eating it. It's also the only place I can get both of my kids to eat everything on their plate. The fruit is especially always a hit. A refreshing place for downtown Oxnard. Seating is nice either inside or outside on their patio. Service is very friendly and attentive.

Great place! Easy parking. Order at the counter and they bring it out. Comfortable booths. The food was Great! Fresh and Fabulous. I had a California burger and substituted a " Beyond Burger" all plant based patty for $1.50 upcharge. First time I'd tried these, and it was wonderful. Try these (your doc will be happy)... We'll go again.

Great place for lunch—but it can get crowded. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. Menu has a lot of good options. The pita chips and hummus are so nummy and I rarely drink soda, but the soda they have is really good. They have paper straws, real plates and silverware.

The flavor of the food is so distinct and good! The atmosphere of the place is awesome. Being in there just puts you in a good mood and the service is wonderful. If you're looking for a healthy meal this would be the place. In my opinion one of the top healthiest food places we have in Oxnard.

I've been here a couple times now and I love it. The food is great. I prefer the lunch menu than the breakfast menu. A great note is that on the weekend you can order from the breakfast menu any time of the day so you don't have to wake up early to be able to enjoy a breakfast menu item. It has many healthy items to choose from as well.

The lunch specials are a great way to try out their sandwiches, soups and salads, you mix and match from several options and salad dressing is freshly prepared or at least it always tastes like they made it just for me. Love the crispy Flatbread and homemade hummus that comes with lunch specials. Passion tea and tasty peanut butter cookies are my favorite something extra. Enjoy baked goods and healthy food here, absolutely fresh and fabulous!

Been here multiple times for breakfast. Every time has been wonderful, nicest people and excellent food. Crispy hash browns, perfect pancakes, eggs cooked just as ordered, and the coffee is good too!

This is for their tea service (Full Tea). For $36 (two persons) we received three courses: sandwiches and scones, quiche and salad, and dessert. Everything was light and refreshing and what was great was the unlimited pots of tea, maybe that's why they put 'pots'. Our servers were courteous, swift, and knowledgeable (about the menu and food). One of them, Robert, confessed it was his first time with tea service and my best friend and I really appreciated the information.Even though it was his first time he was prompt every time we requested an item and it got real busy since we came during rush. Another server, a girl in glasses, was knowledgeable of everything (tea and food) for tea service.

The food was great in flavor and amount so more than we got our money's worth on the tea but for the food as well. I noticed another table of two ,behind us, got four scones compared to us, which we got two. No biggie but I'm hoping next time they give us four. I love scones, I'm so crossing my fingers for next time. The only reason I tried this place is because it's one of the only places in the Tri-County (the other in Camarillo) which has afternoon/high tea, but due to this experience I am really excited to try what else they have to offer. Their tea service is worth experiencing, and it's a great way to enjoy a fulfilling meal with a friend.

Me and a couple of friends stopped for lunch just right before they closed for the day (we are from out of town so we didn't know their business hours). They were nice enough to take our orders and accommodated us. The food was great, flavorful and, fresh. Definitely coming back next time we're in town.

Ate a good, quick lunch here. Sandwiches can be ordered regular or panini-style. I had a turkey avocado bacon sandwich done panini style and it was great! Came with pita chips and hummus. Take a minute to go through the tiny Woolworth museum in the back.
