Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dinuba West, an IHG Hotel

Highly recommend this property when traveling. Clean well maintained, staff is the friendliest and so helpful. Breakfast has lovely choices and well maintained and refilled promptly. The General Manager is doing an amazing Job with her Staff and Guest. I will Gladly return for a future stay.

Very nice place. The staff was great. After my experience with another Fancy National chain, H I E will be my new Hotel of choice.

The room is very clean. The breakfast is good. It's pretty quiet here also.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, and they even provided housekeeping while we were out exploring the national parks. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The staff was super nice, and didn't hesitate to provide us with anything we needed. Definitely a great place to stay.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. One of the few places that offer suites large enough to accommodate our family of five. The breakfast bar was generous and food was hot and fresh- pancakes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and biscuits and gravy! It's a little far from the freeway but worth the drive.

Natalie accommodated me and my team. We were here for construction business. Very clean rooms, great breakfast, and housekeeping was kind.

Out of the last 5 hotels I have stayed in over the last 2 weeks THIS ONE is hands down the best. Check in was smooth and friendly. The room is clean. The bed is very comfy. The ice machine works. The laundry room is accessible and working. No complaints. It's a shame I can't stay here for a few more nights as I'm sure the next hotel I stay in tomorrow won't be this great. Thank you Holiday inn, Dinuba. I wish you could teach other hotels how to operate.

Wonderful location. Excellent price. The staff is so friendly and attentive.

What a great place to stay. Rooms were very clean. Had above average breakfast. Nice pool and whirlpool. We did laundry and the dryer wouldn't dry. We and another family complained to the young man at the desk so he took all of ours and dried it in their industrial dryers. Now that's service! Next day I heard the staff warning someone about the dryers not working properly. Very attentive staff.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. There was a group of teenagers being very loud and they politely had them quieted. Breakfast was good also.

The rooms are very nice and clean and the beds were awesome!! Full size shampoos and conditioners. Full breakfast with pancakes and bacon!! The night clerk on duty, Cindy, was very friendly yet professional. She made everything easy when we checked in so late!!

The service provided by Cindy, one of the night staff, was absolutely stellar. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help us have a good stay.

The beds (and pillows) were yhe most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked what brand they were because I want to buy them gor my home.

It was clean and there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I will absolutely stay there again.

We love this hotel!! The staff was super nice and very professional, her name was Lacey! Out of all the hotels we've stayed at in the last week and a half (7 hotels), she has been the nicest! The room is very clean, the whole property is nice. The suite room has two TV's unlike other hotels, most only have one.

Nice stay with nice staff. Really clean and lots of extra amenities that really make the place feel premium. Only negative I have of this place is the fact that when booking with outside sources, in my case Expedia, they may or may not have your reservation. The reason for my five stars is because I'm sure the hotel isn't to blame. And the receptionist helped me as much as she could and it worked out in less than an hour and a half.

Nice comfortable place to stay. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and well stocked. One of the better HI Express I've stayed at. Only negative was that the door to the guestrooms slam loudly all day and night waking me up even wearing my earplugs. I also found the WiFi slow and not steady making it hard to watch streaming video on Amazon+.

Stayed at the hotel in Dinuba and it has been completely remodeled. Updated rooms with clean bathrooms. Bath and body works shampoo, conditioner and lotion complimentary sample bottles. The breakfast is fresh and they have a pancake machine!! Awesome place to stay at. I highly recommend and I dont recommend often.

We had a very pleasant experience. The place was really immaculate right down to the base boards. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and inviting and served with warm conversation from the staff. I felt very comfortable and I look forward to spending time with them again.

Keurig coffee maker in room. Very clean bathroom. Large spacious bedroom. Breakfast was outstanding. Automatic pancake makers, several different types of sausage . Egg omelets! Breakfast area was very large and clean, great atmosphere. You won't go hungry. So far on our three state Journey this has been our favorite Hotel, and was just barely over $100 for two double beds

Very nice place! Has a lot of style and class! Rooms are fine and amenities are great! Staff was very enthusiastic and professional! I showed up for a quick tour and will probably stay here the next time I am in the area.

We are on the family roadtrip from Lake Tahoe to LA and choosed here because its position and previous good experience in Holiday inn. We also lived in motel 6 and Lake Tahoe resort hotel in the road from LA to Lake Tahoe but we like here most! Here is the wonderful experience we feel better than the other hotels.
1. Parking is free and super convinient, there is gas station and convinient shops next to hotel
2. What suprised us most is the room. Very bright and new decoration, clean and fresh smell, dry and cozzy bed, nice chair and light (we even want to buy the same for our own house)
3. Breakfast is awsome too! Healthy and fresh, kids friendly!

Overall, we really enjoyed the night here and definitely choose Holiday inn for the family trip next time!
