Staff is friendly. Owner is polite and professional. They are quick and efficient with attention to detail. They finished the job in a day, while other companies were saying it would take 3-4 weeks. Was a little more pricey than other places. But as the saying is, cheap work isn't good work, good work isn't cheap. I will absolutely use again. Thank you all, you rock!

I have purchased somewhere around 10 items from here. I’ve ALWAYS dealt with the owner and have only ever seen another employee MAYBE twice. She is an extremely hard working and wonderful lady! Our hats got messed up by the embroidery machine twice and each time she redid them no problem! Pretty much everything she’s done for us took 1-2 days or 1-2 HOURS. That’s including the custom designed hats we had made. We don’t even live in Spokane anymore but have come back a couple of times just because we love her and she has such great stuff, such great prices and such great customer service!

This place is literally the most amazing place I've ever been. I talked with the owner when I was creating my shirt and she was so nice and caring. She was not bothered by all the questions I asked and I asked a lot of questions. I was expecting the shirt to take maybe a week to be done but it only took like one day so I was pretty excited about that. I will continue to go here when ever I need a new favorite shirt.

The sweetest people! Always do an amazing job and will stay past hours to make sure your shirt/product is complete to its best ability!! One time I came in 2 hours before close asking for 6 custom shirts and they stayed pasted closed hours to make sure all my shirts were done and done. I couldn’t be more thankful for that! Absolutely wonderful people!!! Always go to them!

Good work and affordable. Got our hoodie even though they had been out sick. We'll be back for more stuff done quick and local.

The customer service in this store is outstanding. Sara stopped what she was working on to come out from behind the counter to go over each logo I needed digitized. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend their company.

I needed several items made with my husband's family coat of arms for our 25th wedding anniversary. I was not prepared for the stunning items that Sara made with her magic hands. Sara you are an absolute peach an I'm deeply grateful for what you came up with!

This place is really great they are friendly and helpful and they have thousands of options available for you to make any type of custom item for gifts or special occasion. Hats, shirts, coasters, cellphone covers, just about anything you can imagine they can put your pictures or words on them with dozens of different fonts and colors available for the letters.

I signed up for a Spikeball tourney at the spur of the moment and needed some team shirts, ASAP. I googled for some local shops in town that could get me two team shirts with our company logo-no one could help with the small quantity and the fast turn around time I needed. I went to the mall later that day and stumbled upon Anderson Ink. They absolutely blew me away with their customer service and turn around time. I ordered the shirts with our custom logo about 5pm on Wednesday and got a call that they were ready a little before noon on Thursday! They came out great and I couldn't be happier. You made our Eyeguys Optical shirts look awesome, guys! Thanks!

They were kind and efficient i only had a hslf hour lunch break to drop off my desgin and place the order ... They even emailed me a.mock image before finishing the product to ensure my satisfsction :) the owner is funny too
