We (3 friends ) just had a Valentines dinner at this restaurant, and the Indian food was sublime! The menu was extensive, the service was friendly, and the owner came to our table several times, I can’t wait to go back!
There’s also a little area in the rear where they sell specialty items related to their culture ie; hats, bracelets and small statues as well.

I highly recommend, If you like Indian food, you’re gonna LOVE it here, yes, right here in Camarillo!

I came here with a date and the later with family. I loved this place!! We felt so welcomed and they didn't hurry us to leave when we stayed past their closing. (We didn't realize how late it was :c ))
They were so gentle and kind and even spoke to us with a lovely conversation.

The food is very good! It's my second time eating and wow I have missed out. The flavor of their spicy is savory. So it doesn't burn you for the sake of burning. It's just tasty!

It's on the 14-19$ per dish side. Tho their is cheaper options. Unlike other places I think the price is very just. Even more so that they make it fresh not just having it their like other places.

What an amazing lunch I had here 😍so happy to choose Fresh Curry Chefs. Authentic Indian food. I was so surprised to have the Sev Puri it was so much beyond my expectation. I had the chicken tikka curry bowl too, and it was delicious. We also had coconut chicken curry and was amazed with the taste. Guys do give this a try you are going to love the taste. Where to begin? I wanted a place where 20-25 of my cohorts could gather and be loud with great food and service. I called this place in advance, they agreed on individual checks, and it all worked out perfect. 16 of us total showed up, they had table ready for us, and the best staff to ensure we all got taken care of. I love their naan and had the mango curry lamb with saffron rice, plus a Taj Mahal beer. The lamb was impressive over the rice. There was mango ice cream so I had that for dessert. This is what impressed me the most: it came shaped like a pie but already cut making it easy to share.

Yes, this is a small place, hard to find. You can drive by it every day and never see it, but it's worth the visit. It's worth going back to again and again. And to me, that's what makes it fantastic.

Regrettably I've only been 2x and each time the meal was delicious. The garlic Naan and chicken Tikka masala just pairs together so well. My brother in law got the butter chicken and said it was so flavorful. The prices are slightly up there but rightfully so due to the deliciousness and portion size of the meal. Inside the set up is good but not a ton of seating. A small business but excellent food. Will be going again for the flavor and being able to choose my own spice level of the food.

I've been ordering the dinner kits for a few months now and have tried almost all the variations. They're easy to prepare and the experience is like I'm eating at a restaurant in the comfort of my own home. You can't go wrong with any of the kits, but my favorites so far are Vegetable Korma and Butter Chicken. I also like that the spice level is customizable, depending on how much chile you add!

The best place in Ventura county to have Indian food! Taste, quality and service is absolutely wonderful! This family owned restaurant is our goto place for parties and events!

I’ve always wanted to try this place and I finally have! It is AMAZING! I love how they have a 1 person option for food, and a 2 person option (it’s perfect for sharing). We got the chicken mango curry with white rice and garlic naan (it’s SOOOO good we got more)! And I can truly say, the food is INVIGORATING! It gives you a great sense of energy without feeling that “full, food coma” feeling. Quality food, great price, and cozy little atmosphere. If you’re ever in Camarillo, this is the place to eat.

Some things to know:

Where to park: You can get on Ventura Blvd and make a right after the corner shops into the parking lot. It’s a good sized lot. If it’s full, park across the street where the Transit Center is - plenty of parking & all you do is cross the street!

Pricing: If you go by yourself, the 1 person portions are better. If you go with friends, 2 person option is better (it is a lot of food to be honest, it could have fed 3!)

Atmosphere: Very cozy and small. A good place for a private dinner or small conversation!

Taste: You want more and more to taste! I hardly drank my soda! It was just that good - especially the naan!

Spicy: They have 4 (I think) levels of spice - we got slightly spicy and that was enough for us. Next time we’re trying mild.

Great Indian food in town! Food is delicious, make sure to add garlic naan to your order as it is addictive and delicious. I went for lunch and got my food fast. I like how you can order meals to take home. Service is kind and friendly.

The food was amazing! The people were so nice and the place was well maintained. I had Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice. I also had some pistachio and saffron ice cream. It was so yummy!
Food is freshly made and the flavor and amount are just right. Highly recommended

A hidden gem in camarillo for Indian food. Authentic tasting and great quality food. Their mango lassi is one of the best I’ve had. Their food is of good proportions and the lady at the counter is warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

A hidden gem in Camarillo! Great flavor and great portions. Take out was still great temp when we went home and reheated well too- for all of those hunting for good left over spots.

Fabulous restaurant. Great selection of entrees. Friendly, courteous service. And Bollywood on TV. Very delicious!
