We just left the DMV and immediately wanted to leave a review.
We were in window 6. We found a very competent employee. She explained everything in detail. She completed all the documents quickly. Helped a lot. I would like to express my gratitude to this employee, unfortunately I don’t know her name. Many thanks to this lady!

I was unable to make an appointment because I had an unusual task to complete and it was not an option on the website. But when I arrived to my surprise it was only a small amount of people there and I got through without an appointment pretty quickly.

I had an appointment which helps so you don't have to stand in line so long. Every person I interacted with was kind and helpful. It's a large DM V and I think it's very well organized. I found it to be the best experience I've had at a California DMV.

The most efficient method for all motor vehicles/ Drivers license/ID cards, etc.
Very polite staff. 1 hour will take care of most anything.

The reason I'm giving a 5 star is not because of this DMV, but because of Mark. I just passed my Pre-Trip to get my CDL Class A. I came from Monterey Park, which is a 2 hour drive. It took me 2x to pass my test, and on my 3rd time, I finally passed. I have to say Mark is the best instructor, and I say this because he's not rude, mean, or impatient. He's very big on safety and doing things the right way. He is not there to sabotage anyone to prevent them from passing. The second time, when I had to come back, I had a different instructor, a woman by the name of Maria, and she was....... you get my point?! When she took me on my skills and road test, I failed my (offset backing). A lot of people say Maria is rude, and I get, she can be a little rude, but she wasn't mean or rude to me. So I have been practicing and doing my skills for a good 12-13 weeks, and I could do my skills with my eyes closed, and that's how good I was/am. Then, when I went to the DMV to test, Maria moved the front cone, and I failed because I hit the cone. So when she moved the cone, it made my front tractor hit the cone, which made it hard for me to whip my vehicle in. It is also not legal for her to move the cones to adjust the lanes to make the lane smaller. So if she'd not move that cone, I would have passed my skills, but then she'd more than likely fail me on my driving. Even though my driving was/ and is perfect, she would have purposely made me fail, even though I did nothing wrong enough to fail. She will sabotage you and fail you for no reason. You can be the best driver, and she will fail you for all the wrong reasons, that's not even applicable.. When I went to the DMV my first time I got Mark, and I failed because I honked my horn the beginning of my skills test so I failed my skills because of ME, not because he sabotaged me to fail my skills. It was my own fault. Like I said, Mark is a good DMV examiner, and he's not mean, rude, or disrespectful. When we go to the DMV, we as people do not already want to be there, so to be disrespected by someone that works there or be sabotaged by the worker/s there and when all your trying to do is make a honest living for yourself/ your family it's sad, and unfair. Like I said, please give Mark a good raise for his patience, kindness, and his fairness and his respect towards people, and praise to him for not using his authority to take advantage of people. Thank you, Mark, for making my DMV experience/ Pre-Trip good. Chayna Mcmillan.

I didn't have an appointment but I was still able to address my business. They were top flight in helping me thru some of the new methods online in the DMV. My final agent a lady, was very helpful and thorough. You could tell she really knew her business.

Efficient and professional. During off hours, no wait for non-appointment. The staff are strategically stationed to keep people moving from entry to processing. They use computer stations for initial applicant information, write down your confirmation code at the end. This is efficient and gives people several opportunities to verify data for accuracy.
