I only gave it 5 stars because the customer service is great. However the employees knowledge of games, accessories, time and dates of release, etc is extremely lacking. If you're going to hire someone then hire someone who actually has gaming knowledge and can actually answer a question correctly.

I absolutely love this store. Luci in particular. She is amazing. Best customer service. She’s very smart and can answer all your gaming questions. If you go ask for her, you won’t regret it.

Easy to fynd staff for video game, all new game here and some collection figures you can find here, also pre owned video condolysnd video games it's a good place for a casual gamer

Been going here ever since I was a kid, and only ran into few very minor complications with the staff. Overall one of the better Gamestops I've visited.

Nobody is as helpful as GameStop customer service folks. The way they sell it's like they should be making tons of commission. Just saying.

Gamestop is a very helpful store that has many different games, systems, and gadgets as well as useful information on games and other things too.

They have most of the latest and old games, preowned and new, plus they have a $2-3 Warrenty to return your game if damaged in the time limit they give you.
