Pronto Brake & Muffler

Took my car a few weeks ago to get a muffler delete. Service was fast and friendly. Was in and out in about an hour. Decent price.

Outstanding and only place I'll ever go.

Currently getting my oil change here. Took me in right away. Good energy people who love what they do. On top of their game. The Jiffy Lube next door didn't accept my car and blamed Covid-19 but I suspect it's because I have an Infowars sticker on my bumper.

Great location and easy to find. Across from noticeable furniture store regardless of direction of travel. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Long history at location, since mid 80s, and reliable work. Tack welds rusted loose on heat shield after a short while, returned to Andy and received more tacks to fix shield at no extra cost. AWESOME! Waiting area spacious enough for my two year old son to stay busy with toys provided by management. Thanks for the speedy and trustworthy work guys, I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is great! They did our breaks on our car and even ordered a new starter and put it on for us too! For a pretty dang awesome price! I will always call this place first if we need any work on our car!

I called Pronto because there was a terrible rattle under my car. Another shop had told me that my exhaust was loose.
Lee got me in right away. Within minutes he found and removed two small stones that were causing the sound. Problem solved. No charge.

Lee is the Manager, I think. He is as honest as the day is long. I really appreciate having a friend like Leeee in the automotive business so close to home. And what makes him such a pleasure to do business with is that he has integrity- a trait not very common any more.

Great place.. the owner Andy is honest. Very friendly employee. Lee did a perfect and quick job replacing my c catalytic converter and two sensors.. now I can pass the smog test.

I always enjoy going here whether getting work done or just looking at some of the cars. They work on a multitude of vehicles. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. They are straight shooters and dont beat around the bush. I highly reccomend them ober some of the big chain repair places. These guys have decades of experience and know what they are doing. In response to Mr Ben Katz (AKA Bimmer Benz)and his bad experience. Our whole encounter took less than 5 minutes. And our surveillance cameras can attest to that. After you explained the work \ service you wanted us perform on your vehicle, I was starting to explain to you that we couldn't \ wouldn't do those repairs because they were an ILLEGAL modification to your exhaust system. But before I could explain that to you, you began calling me \ us stupid idiots and telling us how you could get someone else to do the service very easily. Again, we DO NOT do ILLEGAL modifications to exhaust systems here at Pronto Brake & Muffler. You also forgot to mention that you called me at the shop less than 10 minutes after you left to apologize for your actions.

Lee & Andy always give honest appraisals, fair prices, quick service and a warm welcome. I've been doing business with them for about 35 years.

This guys did a great job on my catalytic converter. I brought my tacoma in and they told me the problem and fixed it. I was able to have my truck smogged with no problems.
