When getting my wifi I was greeted and helped by Brandon he was super helpful and nice and ensured all my questions were answered it was amazing customer service and friendly.

Jonathan is super knowledgeable, he helped me with all the questions I had . He’s super patient , and will get it done .

Highly recommend this store. I would also recommend asking for Stephanie. I live out out of town but will Make sure to refer family and friends who also look for excellent customer service and great deals. Stephanie took the time to transfer all my stuff from one phone to another and made sure I left a complete happy and satisfied customer, she even followed up with me to make sure she had meet all my needs. Not always do you get honest help or a smile from people working in retail however my visit here exceeded my expectations I couldn't be happier with my new phone and watch

When I came in to get my old phone fixed Francisco that waited on me let me know about the new offer for the iPhone and since my old contract was up in just a couple of months I went ahead and took advantage of that. He help me transfer all my old information, he Answered all of my questions showed me how to use the new phone. I was extremely impressed with my service from Him

Monica is the best sales person in all of Cellular Sales as well as Verizon. I have been a loyal customer of hers since I made my account with Verizon not a loyal customer of Verizon the company itself. She always puts my needs first and is always making sure that I am happy with my purchases. I have been a loyal customer of other people, while still on my Dad's account, from this same Dinuba location such as Robert, Matthew, and Jasmine, all of whom have gotten big promotions so you know Monica at least as amazing as them!!

Came in with a phone issue I was so upset and didn’t think I would get my phone fixed or have any options but Stephanie warmly greeted me at the door and was such an expert and sales professional that she got my phone to work and gave me great offers and information that will now help me and also get me into a new phone if needed I am very pleased with today’s visit as I drove from out of town based of the great reviews for this location and I was fortunate enough to ask for Stephanie and her be in store to assist me. If I could give this location and Stephanie a 10 star review I would she is great at her job and is very knowledgeable and interested in helping. Had an amazing experience with Jasmin! I preordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max with her and she took care of everything! She definitely knows what she’s doing and she cared for me as a customer. I've been in this store a few times before today and didn't have much luck with what i needed. BUT today I finally found someone who could help me. Melissa is outstanding! she helped with every question and issue i had and with a positive attitude. on top of helping me she had others asking for her help and she was able to balance all of it very professionally. Melissa is who i will always ask for from now on! Then, if that wasn't already great enough, my husband had questions about a tablet and our plan but didn't feel like getting out to chat, so Melissa came out (it was super cold out) and talked with us till all our questions were answered. She's awesome and we will be coming back as long as she's there. Thanks Melissa E.!

I went in to this Verizon store because I was wanting to switch over carries, and being on the phone with customer service was just giving me a headache. Jacob was the store sales rep who helped me, and he made the process so much easier for me! He was super friendly and welcoming and did everything he could to help me out. Great store, and great sales rep!

Wow just wow!!!! So impressed with the customer service and great service Store manager Stephanie provided for me. I came over from a horrible company where I had no service and over paid Stephanie provided me with great solutions and now i have a nice phone a tablet for my child and got some great deals. I am very happy and feel very grateful for this Store and great staff!
