Lack of ethic moral nd professionalism. JC will post your home for sale without proper LEGAL route and list your house at a price without your consent. His listing will have pictures with NO interior photos because of this simply to get leads. He will also ask you to make an offer on a home that ISNT FOR SALE. That's pretty scummy for those people really interested in a home and waiting out for something they never had a chance of purchasing.

Wish I can give this a no stars, Juan Carlos is very unprofessional and does bad business in posting properties up for sale with out consent. Definitely look elsewhere.
