Doctor Karan Singh, MD, MHI saved my life by the insertion of a stent in my left arterial heart flow track on October 17, 2022. Doctor Singh has done over 30 thousand stents and saved thousands of lives. This physician is a blessed man, I believe he is Christian. Last week, November 11,2023 I had a case of phenomenoia. I spent several days at Saint John's Hospital. Doctor Singh took time out to stop in and have a visit with me. The doctor checked my heart, being the #1 Cardiologist of Saint John's Hospital. Naturally, he is always going to be involved with the heart. All checked out well, and Doctor Singh was satisfied that my heart was in great condition. Although I was suffering from the phenomenoia, Doctor Singh took the liberty to become the lead doctor in my stay at Saint John's Hospital. Today, 11/28/23, Doctor Singh followed up with continued support and treatment of my recovery from the phenomenoia that I have recovered from. Doctor Singh and his office staff prescribed me the follow-up medications I needed to make a full recovery from the phenomenoia that I had. The medication Doctor Singh prescribed has me feeling 100% better. I will return to his office in December to continue a fully balanced recovery plan, and in January, I will become the healthy man I was before the phenomenoia.

Dr. Singh is a very conscientious, warm and inspiring doctor. His nurse is helpful and patient and his staff is accommodating.

We had the pleasure of working with Dr Singh for ~5 years with my mother. Dr. Signh, was a constant reliable doctor, whenever my Mother was admitted into the hospital (Diabetic) and he would connect with all of our other doctors for her, taking their input into his own. We nick-named him a 'Ninja' because he would stealth around the hospital, whenever we were waiting to hear from him and he would 'pop' out of not where. Dr. Singh was always honest and gave us all the medical reasons for his decisions. In the end, my mother ended up passing way due to a weakened heart. Yet through it all, and especially near her end, he counseled us and gave us all our options for better or worse (he helped explain the world of hospice and dnrs, so that whatever our decision was, we were well informed) . We credit Dr Singh and a couple of her other doctors, in giving us the last 5 years with my mother, in allowing her a good quality of life to keep fighting for. We already miss his philosophical discussions and sarcastic sense of humor. We are thankful for his and his wife (who we had the pleasure of meeting once in hospital) for all their hard work. Dr Singh absolutely cares for his patients and will fight for them and that has been a comfort through it all.

Dr. Singh and his NP are great providers. I would give 5 stars. However, the front office staff makes that impossible. I take a family member here who has developmental disabilities. Another family member also helps with their care, takes them here, and is involved with medical decisions. One of their receptionists made an unnecessary and unsolicited remark regarding our situation (keep in mind that my family member has developmental disabilities). Very unprofessional.

Cinthia from this office was super rude. She answered the phone with major attitude and spoke over me just to click. She seemed super annoyed to even talk. I called in regard to my dad being without prescription for over month and a half and she claims he had a 3 month supply even though the pharmacy said he has no prescriptions left. I had the pharmacy request the prescription 4 times and they never answered or even called my dad as to why he needed a refill. She didn’t even know what medication he was supposed to be taking which was highly annoying and her nasty attitude didn’t help. If she doesn’t like helping people then she needs a new job out of customer service.

The nurse and doctor were great but there seems to be miscommunication or not enough training with who works behind the desk. I’ve been waiting over a month just for a referral to be faxed over to the right physician. Really delaying my surgery date!

Great cardiologist but horrible staff. The receptionists are so rude and unprofessional, it is unfortunate that this cardiologist only hires such individuals.

Worst place to go if need medical help.
