Thanks to the AT&T team here that helped my wife and I switching over, it was easy and very well professional. I appreciated Annie and Sido time for explaining the process and giving us a very detailed description of plans when it came to purchasing and selecting the right phones 💪🏽 I went from an iPhone 11 to a iPhone 14 pro. The manager at the Woodland store on E. Main St. Woodland is the best! She greeted us right away and was personable and knowledgeable. your first net program is amazing! I posted it on my social media, and texted our chief of police and fire chief. :)

Gabriella was so sweet and super helpful. She even remembered helping my mom the day before and was able to remember everything she talked about with her and that was helpful and what I needed to do there.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable with any question I had for him. He moved me through the process of ordering my new phone quickly yet efficiently. He was able to get me a faster shipping speed by showing me that the iPhone 13pro with the larger gigabyte storage was only $2 more on each bill. He helped me with my trade in value of my current phone (I thought it was worth nothing) to help towards my new payment. I think his name was Julian? Not sure, younger guy at the Woodland, Ca location.

Chloe and the team at the Woodland store were proficient, patient and professional. We were quickly acknowledged upon arrival and received thorough service with the purchase of our daughter’s Apple Watch. Couldn’t be more pleased with the ease of this transaction. What an enjoyable experience. Skip the customer service line and go see these folks in person for great service.

Ray Serrano was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond finding ways to help us save on our monthly bill. He was very professional and not condescending in any way like we have had in the past at the Woodland store. Will definitely return to this location.

The customer service people were super patient with helping me set up a cellular account for my iwatch. I would never have figured it out on my own. It took some time, and they had a great attitude about it.

In my case I had the great experience to work with Julian Rincon who was extremely helpful in solving my two problems.

First with my unit and second with my insurance . He was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options to solve in the most efficient manner the problems.

He should be recognized by his manager as a best practice.
