Excellent for the price and the staff is incredible, they won't charge you more if you're driving a SUV either. Only thing for me was that the roof of my Jeep Compass did not get completely cleaned and there were streaks on my rear windscreen.

Angel an employee here always helps me out to dry my car& wheels . He’s the ONLY one who ever does that. Sometimes when I come he’s not here but whenever he is he always takes care of helping me out with that and it’s honestly really nice. More employees like him please !!

Waterdrops Express car Wash is a very good car wash that I used all the time and recommend to all my friends. It is after all an Express car wash so you have to vacuum your car but the vacuum stations are very good and there's plenty of them. And they giving away free car washes until the end of September so go get yours.

I love coming here to get my car washed! Their prices are great and my car is always super clean. And they even have free vacuuming and compressed air after the wash! Everything is well maintained and clean, plus their customer service is amazing! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful, especially today when I accidentally locked my keys in my car after using the vacuums. They were able to help get my car unlocked and provide above and beyond customer service!! I am extremely thankful for the help and friendliness of the staff! I definitely recommend coming here when you need your car washed!

This place is awesome. Cheap to get your car washed then it has a place where you can dry and clean the interior of your car with a vacuum and it even has a air blower to get your car detailed. If you like to detail your car by yourself this is the place. Everything you need like if you were at home cleaning your car.

We always like washing her car here. It's cheap it's fast and if you have any kids the absolutely love the multicolored phone can you get the works. Once you are through the colors and lights and drying you can go to their parking and use their vacuums to pick up any clutter inside they also have little air pressure guns to remove any excess water that gets stuck in the creases that way dirt doesn't accumulate and turn into mud on your windows later on or to get rid of that drip that falls on you when you open the door. You have his little vending machines when you can buy yourself an air freshener or window cleaners or polishers he just in case you forget to bring your own to detail your car. It's very convenient

This is the best place to get your car washed in town of you are looking for a quick drive thru style. The price of $10.00 gets your ride pretty clean and dry. They have unlimited is off vacuum and compressed air to clean the interior.

The best place to wash your car in Oxnard. Those machines are the sh*t!!! Very quick and detailed. I even had my license palte fall off one time - that's how great the auto machine is... :)) (But that's also cause my license plate is not screwed to the car's bumper). Free vacuum is available. I totally recommend this place.

If you need to clean your car, but don't have too much time, then this is the place. Everyone is very friendly and they give you a car air freshener and a towel to clean any remaining water drops. They also give you at least ten minutes to vacuum your car.

$12 for a wash and a self vacuum is a great price. And, the conveyor belt system had you out of there quick with a clean car!

I take my truck there weekly but for some reason my vehicle didn't come out as clean today. I don't know if the brushes are dirty or it was my vehicle. next time I will tell the person hopefully I can run it through again but other than that I won't go anywhere else.

I love coming to this carwash i always gets my car clean really good, but on Sunday i came to wash my car and i got the ultimate wash and was upset my car didnt get washed right. I was so please with the customer service the young lady Alejandra gave me. She was really understanding and gave me a rewash. I was satisfied, thank you waterdrops .

I go here at least twice a month. They're fast, cheap and always friendly. Plus you get a free vacuum and car scent. It's awesome!

The girls are nice it's a machine wash but it cleans pretty darn good it's a pretty quick always busy free vacuuming interior for cars trash as well plenty of room for another car come on

I love washing my car here specially when Mr. Samuel is on schedule he is a sweet man very helpful and polite he immediately noticed that I needed assistance and came to help me clean my car! Great customer service skills señor!
