Harbor Freight Tools

I hadn’t been to Harbor Freight but my husband has,
he purchased a birthday gift of outdoor lighting
and said this is the business to go to for them.
We came in specifically for outdoor lighting.
I asked an employee, his name is Jordan where the lighting was and a shopping cart.
He immediately told me what Isle to go to and
went outside to get my shopping cart.
Outstanding customer service from him, thank you Jordan.
We filled our cart with many sets to illuminate our front yard for curb appeal. And more for our back yard
which is private for our enjoyment.

Their hand tools continue to improve and are comparable to some other brands that pros prefer. I don't know about the power tools lately, but the hand tools have become a great alternative to save a few bucks without throwing money away on a useless tool.

They have lots of things kinda like a hardware store they have good deals on stuff alot of off brand not necessarily bad just cheaper than Lowe's or home depo

I love shopping here I spend a ton of money here the people are great sometimes the items aren't what's supposed to be in the box and they've always made good on it. Any harbor freight item I've busted they replace no questions asked very loyal customer

Harbor Freights pretty awesome I got a lot of good stuff you got to be careful when you're buying certain tools if you're using the tool once or once in awhile then you're fine. But if you're using a tool all the time constantly and you're really hard on tools you might want to get some good quality. Harbor Freight does have a lot of usable good stuff and very cheap prices. There parking lot sales are really good

I am a DIY'er and Harbor freight has affordable tools and a great variety.

The only problem I have is: I go in for just one thing and end up finding more deals. One ends up to several. It had always been a welcoming atmosphere. Very helpful and great prices. Even more savings being in an Inside Track Member.

Harbor Freight used to be known for 'throw away tools' as the quality was poor in comparison to the more expensive name brand tools.
The quality has improved tremendously since then as well as their selection of all kinds of tools, hardware, clamps, lights, welding gear, garden stuff, paint supplies, gloves, winches, power tools, the list goes on and on.

They offer several price points on a large variety of power tools. It's set up similar to a good, better, best structure. For example a drill might come in three different varieties for the novice user up to someone using that tool everyday. Prices normally a reflection of quality and features offered. We tend to go with the higher priced item to get the best quality especially since it's still such a value compared to other brands! Plus we use our tools a lot! If you don't, then they have a good option for you as well!

Bonus: they offer a fantastic warranty and return policy, you really can't beat it.
