City Inn

Staff was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Both of us have physical limitations, and they had originally put us in a second floor room, but when they saw us struggling they immediately got us into a 1st floor room. The rooms were very clean and modern. We got a good night's sleep. Quiet atmosphere. Great service! Will definitely recommend!

This isn't the Ritz, but if you need a place to sleep while you are out exploring all that Denver has to offer then is is a great, affordable hotel. The rooms are ok, pretty average other than both beds squeaked with every adjustment.
The staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond to help us, first when we asked to check in a little early and second when our battery died in our car, the owner (I assume he was asleep) got up and came to help us immediately.
Also there is a really good diner right across the street so no breakfast at the Inn wasn't even a big deal.

When I’m in need of lodging, the most important factor for me is cleanliness. This place is as clean as any 4 star hotel I’ve stayed with (Hyatt, Marriott). Thing is, the price here is that of a 1 star (Motel 6, Econolodge). There was peace and quiet throughout the duration of my 2 day/night stay. If you’re seeking amenities, seek elsewhere. Personally, if I’m traveling, I rent rooms for a shower and a bed. And hopefully peace and quiet. This place has bathtubs and I would gladly fill one up and soak without second-guessing it. I was lucky enough to get checked in by the owner, Anou (sp?), and she was as pleasant as the room she presented me with. Sweet, charming, and witty with a good sense of humor. Parking was easy and the area had no signs of riffraffian mischief. I’d happily stay here again and pay twice what I paid.

I was hesitant to book a room here, but location was ideal so we rolled the dice. Hotel turned out to be perfect. I made an error when booking online and noticed my mistake when reviewing my confirmation email. I sent the office an email and they responded quickly accepting my request. Room was CLEAN and surprisingly quiet. Beds were soft and comfy. Good A/C.

We needed a relatively cheap motel in the area on a week's notice, and the City Inn delivered. Comfortable enough room and friendly staff. The surrounding area is pretty hostile if you are outside of a car, but the light rail into downtown is nearby so it's not all horrible. Would recommend, definitely seemed nicer than other motels in its price range.

Very enjoyable stay. Was quiet, clean and upto date. All staff went over and above to ensure a pleasant stay. Walgreens and eating places very close. Felt safe walking around area.

Apparently there's new owners who are trying to fix up the place? I'm not sure, there was some signs of recent fixes (cosmetic, nothing serious). And it's now family run which is something I love supporting.
The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice. The bathroom was spacious and they provided plenty of shampoo and soap.
There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine available.
Not in the best location, but it still felt pretty safe. I'd use this place again.

Service was very good and the owners are very nice. A/C in my room didn't work very well, but I was able to open the window and that solved any temperature problems I had. Nightly rates are very good. Public transport is readily available within half a mile of the inn and it only takes about 40-50 minutes to get downtown using the buses or light rail. Only downside of the location is the lack of much to do within walking distance, but the reliable public transport makes it easy to get around.

We had a very pleasant experience and slept well here. The room was charming and the bedding soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and respectful, we were impressed with how well this family inn was run.

A really nice couple bought this hotel about 3 months ago and they are really turning around this place . We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Rooms are very clean and each one is getting remodeled. The surrounding property was clean also. The area was safe and I didn’t feel scared walking my dog in the dark. Pet friendly also!

I stayed at the family-run City Inn for three nights. My room was clean and comfortable and the owner was lovely and helpful. She told me about all the best eating places in the area and outdoor things I could do while in Denver. It was an affordable and good place to stay.

Spacious clean rooms with excellent service. Only 15 minutes outside of downtown Denver. I will be staying here whenever I'm in town. What a great place to stay with great prices.

Very clean inside and out, the rooms are a nice size, with hot showers, the beds are comfortable with NO BUGS, the staff will do there best to make sure your comfortable, and its quiet. More than I can say for any chain motel I've stayed at in CO. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Love the lady running this place . She is so about business but also VERY kind and efficient. room is just as it should be.

Weirdest thing be though: cellular service is so bad inside the rooms for some strange reason.. but all in all a great stay and be will be back
