Went to the ER for emergency respiratory issues, was seen and admitted in a timely and respectful manner. All the nurses and staff were extremely helpful and got me fixed up within 2 hours even though the ER was full when I arrived.

I received excellent care and highly recommend Dr. A. Rasmussen as my surgeon. I felt safe in his capable hands and trusted him completely.
Leslie, my recovery nurse, is an angel. She was very compationate, comforting and helpful during my recovery. She is an asset to the team and the right person for this job. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. H.G.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and escorted to registration. I have to say that the woman that did my registration, treated me with respect and showed empathy. She displayed exceptional customer service. She then escorted me to the ultrasound department. Overall, the entire staff was amazing.

I can’t say enough about the way I was taken care of .A Friday afternoon after 4:00 pm everyone so helpful sweet and knowledgeable such a wonderful experience. It started with the lab. The lab technician that took my blood, I really couldn’t tell she drew my blood. The young lady that checked me in brought my id and paper work to me and said she checked me in for my test in the main hospital so no worries. So sweet for Friday on her way home. Then the lady in the emergency desk was unbelievable after 5 pm sent me to get eco, had a guard take me so I was in the right place( after 5 ) they were gone. I told her I would come back tomorrow. That’s when she went in to action she found an awesome Tec to take care of me UNBELIEVABLE. Never would have happened in Visalia LOVE YOU ALL thank you so much great job

So happy and professional staff made me comfortable knowing and talking with them about procedures and food lol all of the staff was wonderful so grateful under my circumstances to be here to take care of my serious matter much gratitude

Here for hand surgery. Procedure started on time. Staff is super friendly. Facility is clean. I felt comfortable and unhurried the entire time.

It was a very long day as I arrived way too early, as I was the last to be done. But my whole experience fantastic my only complaint was I was hungry by no ones fault. But all in all a great successful day. Thank you staff so very much!!!!

The people who helped me from the front desk Administration to the surgery center and everyone in between have all been amazing. Sherry one of my nurses treated me with the best care and respect and the kindest group of nurses preparing us for whatever we were there for. A plus plus to everyone. Thank you kindly.

Things were drastically different this time. While everyone was friendly they were severely short staffed which drastically increased wait time. They were doing the best they could, however a bit more attention could’ve been placed towards the person who kept playing his music in the waiting room. People with migraines are already in excruciating pain and that did zero to help the situation. I’m aware emergency departments are over run with people that don’t necessarily have life threatening emergencies but unfortunately a lot of insurances don’t cover Urgent Care anymore and if you contact your PCP more often than not they refer you to the ER. I WAS THERE FOR FIVE HOURS before I finally approached a nurse who quickly treated me and discharged me. If I could have I would have waited to see my PCP but didn’t have that luxury. I’m my opinion hospital personnel are taken for granted but somehow they manage to maintain a pleasant demeanor usually. We should all give them a break! Thank you medical professionals for all you do and endure. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I had a procedure done at this hospital's past Tuesday it was awesome experience because this was my first time that I've ever been in the hospital In my entire life I'm 65 everyone that I interact with was very friendly and very informative and they explain everything to you thoroughly.

I was taken to Adventist Health in Tulare because not feeling well after describing how I felt they took me in right away and found my sugar levels had spiked up over 300 within couple of hours of being treated I felt a lot better when I was taken I didn't have to wait long to be seen maybe 15-20 minutes I was there maybe 6 hours they didn't discharge me until they knew I was better the staff was very professional and very helpful.

The staff were very friendly. Everyone who came in contact with acknowledged you with a smile, good morning or hello.
Procedure went as scheduled and was in and out in the estimated time given.

I had a great experience with the staff that helped me Dr Zappa was great so great I called to see if he accepted patients but unfortunately he only does ER meds and I was not there long and left feeling like I got the care I needed

I was brought in the ER by ambulance for severe chest pain. I spent several hours and had many tests done and I can't be more thankful for the care I received from every single person, especially Sam, RN and Gabriela Rios, PA. I was treated like a beloved family member, and I was very scared and sick. I worked for Kaweah Delta for many years and I was expecting sub level care, and instead I had excellent treatment and care! Excellent team in the ER, can't be more thankful 🙏

Had a good experience in my procedure. Everyone did a good job really appreciate them all for their hard work. Especially Dr. Betre, thank you your an amazing Dr. God bless you always. 🙏

I was very pleased with my care. I am a retired nurse and work the majority of my time at kaweah Health. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Staff was very nice and comforting I was in and out of there in no time I got what I needed I got my answers and they answered all my questions with no questions asked they gave me thorough information and I'm very happy with how they were treated me
