helpful in a time I needed help and support more

Maribel was exceptional in her customer service! She spent extra time explaining the features of my new I phone.

I brought my friend in to switch to Cricket. We were so lucky to have Dylan help us. He was fantastic!!! Smart, and so kind. He was a wonderfully patient teacher. Keep him!!! He is an excellent representative for Cricket. We both left the store happy.

I am so glad that I decided to return to this Cricket location. I had such a great experience with the former manager in the past. I returned and was not surprised that she had been promoted. The newest asst manager Dylan was there and was so helpful. I wanted to be sure that the higher ups are aware of what an asset he is and can be moving forward. He really has a good understanding of customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others ad otvseems that they have a good staff and are training them properly in customer service which, unfortunately these days, is most important but increasingly rare. Dylan is amazing and very professional. I really appreciated that although he did explain the upgrades and upselks available, he didn't ever make me feel pressured. I will be back along with my other 3 lones. Thank you!!

Amanda and her team are wonderful! I bought a phone from this location that had a malfunction and even after being walked through with Apple twice I could not get it to work. I took it in to cricket after being very stressed out and didn’t think it would be fixed. After seeing my frustration, new hire Lorena stepped in and saved the day. She was able to fix my phone and give me some education for the future on Apple products!She went above and beyond for myself and its much appreciated! Thank you so much!

Certainly one of, if not the best Cricket Store. Trust you can count on,honesty and integrity that makes it easier to talk to and come to the right decision. Good people they are. That may explain why the stock of goods is so low at times.

We went to cricket on ventura by target to het 2 Lg stylo 6 we have 5 stars customer services and very helpful with miss Maribel i always recommend her to all my friends and coworkers she always take time. To lisent with problems we have w our phones. When me and my wife need a phone. We call all the stores to see where she is shes the best on costumer service we really recommend her shes a 5 stars and good quality. Service. People from oxnard come and look for miss maribel. This particular store has a staff that knows all there is to know about their plans, their phones and pretty much within minutes CAN DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU the customer and the needs we have to keep up to speed with communication technology at present in this ever-changing world around us... Fast, friendly, knowledgeable.... outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE..... WHICH, TO ME..... IS THE TRAIT THAT I NEED MY SERVICE PROVIDER TO EXCELL IN.... EVERYONE SHOULD USE CRICKET..... CHECK IT OUT

This review is for Valkyrie she was amazing and didn't right me off because the phone wasn't bought at Cricket. She was able to fix the phone issue that tech 2 or corporate level at Cricket couldn't.

We had a good experience here. Jose and Edguardo sold my wife and I new phones with a new plan. Great deal! They were able to answer all of our questions, they switched over our numbers from Verizon, and they set us up for automatic payments. For $70/month, my wife and I are getting unlimited talk and text, plus 2.5 Gb of data at LTE speed each (if we go over on our data, the speed just slows to 3G). The price is out the door, taxes included. The phones work great, the network is AT&T and works great… nothing negative to say.

Rodrigo Has the best customer service super friendly. Helped me with my needs. I’m not good on the computer and he took the time out and was very patient with me
