Excellent customer service and quality work performed. And you get a little goodie bag when you have your teeth cleaned.

As a rule, I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Toy and his staff are great. Dr. Toy is conscientious, thorough, and gentle and his front office is very attentive. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

The staff are very friendly they made me feel welcomed.They Dr. Is very informative and friendly as well. I Just loved everything about this office Staff and service.

Well, I have to say I am disappointed in the front office staff. They or she was very rude to my mother. Unfortunately I was not there. Or I would have definitely let it be known. My mother took my brother in for treatment. Cash basis. This his his first year with no insurance which is fine. We all help my mother on what we can financially when it comes to my brother. To make the long story short...at check out the balance was little over which it’s fine. She took what she thought was enough.. I’m thinking there was balance of over 100... so. I was told as soon a my mother said she didn’t bring enough.. before they gave her a chance to say they can deduct the renaming next day from her credit card...since it was mom payday etc.. the front girl or woman.. rolled her eyes and made a sound.. also told my mother that she had already sent her to collections long ago? Mom was not aware.. my mother takes care of her credit..it’s great score.. she asked her for collection agency number so she can pay it as well.. but that was not necessary? I am an office manager.. I do billing and collections I work with my patients...I give them options but in my office closed door.. privately.. not in lobby where everyone can hear? HIPPA? My mom was humiliated..was upset.. she told the Dr assistant to translate for her.. but I doubt she told her.. Mom said.. “If I’m giving you 600 dollars right now? Not hesitating? Why wouldn’t I pay your office 100 dollars? Give me agency copy I will pay them.. anyhow everything is paid. I dislike having to do this review..however it needs to be known. Maybe she was moody? Again ,I do not bring my negativity to my office.. it’s a happy place and I want everyone pleased...Dr Garrett Toy is a great Dentist! I love him..and how he works w my brother...but unfortunately not professional front office..disappointing
