Great place to shop. Many retailers and restaurants throughout the marketplace. This is a Dog friendly Marketplace.

Fresh veggies and fruit, however be careful if you use your credit/debit card merchants will say something is wrong with the WiFi. And charge you multiple times check your statement before you leave

One of my top places to visit when it's nice and sunny out. Amazing place to take the family for a walk or even just a perfect place for a date night!

This shopping center has a Vons, Coffee Bean, Edge Fitness Ckub, and a variety of places to eat. There is also a drive-through Chase atm. Parking close to Vons is pretty tight and busy during rush hours. Great place, you can park and walk around Seabridge port and include your kids/strollers.

I love to do my evening walks around here. There's a good trail that equals about 3 miles once finished.

I love seabridge best Vons and Blenders in the grass and best area to walk if you out back there is a wonderful area kind of like a park and walking path water and boats on a cool spring or fall day you can't go wrong here it's free too!!! May JESUS keep you HOLY SPIRIT guide you

Korean restaurant was good but little pricey for the amount of meat in the plate.

Everything in one shopping center, queena's haircuts I go to regular throughout the year and I don't live near here...but she's that good and her prices are fair!

Several nice restaurants at liquor store and if you go around the back there's a walking/running path with stops and different exercise benches

Great shopping center with small amphitheatre overlooking waterway.

This place is awesome just to simply go for a walk with a coffee or even a date. Me and the wife visit this place frequently. Either for a coffee or nice dog walk.

Good Vons shopping center with other good shops and eating places.... with great walking trails along harbor and keys....the ocean atmosphere certainly makes this location desirable.

It's weird to say that this place is amazing for walks , Food ,and coffee. Plenty of room even when crowded.

It’s nice to have this plaza close by. We visit Oxnard multiple times a year to go on vacation. Having these retailers nearby is valuable to this community. Needed to make some returns via Amazon and were lucky that the UPS store was here.

Had my mani/pedi done before the Christmas rush at Victoria's Nail. They are the best from the rest. Plus, next door I had my hair trimmed at Queena's. No one else does hair better.

Great shopping center with an amazing view right behind it! Chipotle, Fisherman's Catch, Ciao, Buttercup Frozen Yogurt, and Coffee Bean are all great places. Don't forget to spend a few minutes walking around the marina!

Fisherman's Catch here is freakin awesome! After many years living in the area I finally tried it with my grandparents and loved it! I give them 6 stars. Fresh caught fish has to be a top priority and for them they go the extra mile.

I get my haircut at Queena's Haircut and the Von's is well lot and staged. Have had no issue finding parking but I prefer to park further out and take a short walk. The fish, or shrimp, and chips are good and reasonable at the Fisherman's Catch. Sitting near the water with coffee or tea is relaxing at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
