Storage Star Woodland

It’s a great facility. It’s very clean very organized. Harmon who has helped me this entire time has been awesome and very supportive and also very communicative with my personal situation. I appreciate their wonderful customer service and overall friendliness. As long as you communicate with them they will do what they can to help and They definitely keep it straight with you which is commendable to say, the least. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Even in the self-storage business, it's people who make a difference. There can be no greater example than Storage Star. There are newer facilities in town but there are no better facilities. The difference isn't about the facilities; it's about the people who run it. Storage Star has the best people running it...and that makes all the difference. Harman Gill manages the facility in Woodland. She is the best in the business. Her customer service is excellent.

The quality of the facilities is very good and the price is too. I highly recommend Storage Star.

Excellent! I just moved out to another City, but for almost 2 years that I used a space in this facility everything was always clean. Harman, the manager gives excellent Customer Service and keeps the place incredibly clean 👌

Great place. I used the facilities in woodland for 5 years. The facilities were always neat and clean. Harman the manager was great to work with, always friendly and pleasant demeanor whether in person or on the phone. I would recommend you call her for your storage needs. She cares about the facility and her customers.

Harman, is good people I started with a 5x10 and later needed to get a 5x15 I was with this storage co. about 3 yrs. If I ever need a storage again I would return back. My two boys have used star storage also in the past. I invite anyone looking for storage unit to try them High Five.

Harman was a very knowledgeable employee.
She she didn't seem to guess on any questions I asked if she didn't know (exact pricing) she looked it up and to be honest because of her attitude I didn't not need to check any other place to store my belongings she made me feel like my property was secure thank you Harmon

Harman at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, honest and helpful. The rates were affordable and facility is secure and clean. Harman lives on-site so that adds an extra layer of security.

Harman at Storage Star in Woodland was amazing to work with. We organized out of state for a lengthy stay and she was so helpful and accommodating in all aspects. We love that the Rv is tucked under cover and will be well protected. Thank you Harman!

Awesome service! Fast friendly and helpful!

I don't have any complaints or other issues. My space was clean when I moved in. I have personally seen that they do routine inspections of the doors/locks. They are courteous when I see them in person.

I hate having to store my things but Harman made me feel comfortable and gave me the best storage experience. She was attentive to questions and understanding when my daughter came with me to get everything set up. Every time I came in she remembered us and when it came time to move out, She got everything taken care of quickly and was sad to see us go.
The facility was clean, the gate was open from 6am to 9pm, allowing plenty of time to get things loaded and unloaded, staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
