We have used Mark to purchase a second home as well as investment properties. My work schedule is hard to match as I work day and night shifts all intertwined and Mark has always made himself available around my schedule which does elevate stress on my side. Mark handled the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. He bent over backwards to make sure our transaction went smoothly. We worked with Lynnette approximately three years ago to purchase a house here in Northern California as we moved from Connecticut. Lynnette was great to work with! As we were coming from the other side of the country, Lynnette used the tools available to her to get a good sense of the kinds of homes that we were interested in and the specific features that were important to us prior to our house hunting visit to the Vacaville/Fairfield/Suisun area; and then when we did arrive she had three days full of visits arranged for us so that we had a high number of homes to choose from and were able to find several that were interested in bidding on (which was useful given the time of year and the aggressive timeline that we had to move).

After we placed a successful bid, Lynnette was very good with providing us with options for the various local inspectors and contractors that we needed as a part of the purchase (which was especially good for us as we were on the east coast and had to rely upon distance communications for most items). Lynnette would personally inspect the work that each of these individuals did on our behalf. Similarly, she was helpful in recommending local brokerage options.

What impressed us the most about Lynnette was that she actually took an active interest and involvement of the sale of our existing home in Connecticut to ensure that it did not impact upon the purchase of our new home in California. She interacted with both our real estate agent and the buyer's agent in Connecticut, to ensure that the difference in rules and regulations between the two jurisdictions did not impede things.

Even after we moved into our new home, Lynnette was still active in being a resource for us as new residents. In fact, I can't say enough about Lynnette and the jobs that she did for us from our initial interactions to well after the purchase of our home.
