I have really enjoyed my Reiki sessions with Shannon. They are a great re-set for life, by taking time for myself. I appreciate that she does lay hands on me and applies very light pressure. It helps my fibromyalgia pain. She has a lovely space, too. But, I especially like the beginning (setting intention) middle (feels good) and end (gradually getting up, with a warm feeling of being very cared for)! 😃

My first session with Shannon was awesome! I love her methods, voice, and presence.

At each session I had a physical issue such as a painful area in my body or in my mind. Immediately after the session it felt better, and the pain went away!

Calming hands, beautiful location. Love how she starts each session by calling out loud the date and time, its very grounding.

I have an aging dog and after Dottie sees Shannon she is much peppier and doesn't seem to be in perceived pain
