Place which is On the RTD Bus Route for those that don't have a Vehicle ? I Live Several blocks away and I Use This Location Several times a week because There's Pretty much Everything that I Want There which helps me Save money
On Gas Prices here in California ?

Auto parts, Rite Aid , Food for Less, Dollar Tree,
Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, (24 Hour
Fitness) Fred Loya Insurance company Along with Many Individually Owned what I Call Mom & Pop Small business like Jewelry , Along with
A Gold and Silver Exchange & (2 Blocks heading
West At Ventura Road & Gonzales there's a
Popeye's Chicken and (3 Gas Stations) and A
T-Mobile Store ?
Then In The Opposite direction At Ventura Road and Fifth Street there's a McDonald's, 7-11 &
Walgreens with Del Taco, Subway, (31 Flavor's
Ice cream Shop Along with A Laundry Mat All
Within A Mile and 1/2 Of Each other ?

Ah the Fremont Square, it's my go to place for groceries at the Grocery Outlet, formerly Albertsons. They have a kind of wholesale/Smart and Final thing going on there. Their variety has gotten smaller lately but they still have foods for half to 1/3 of what you pay at Vons and other big chain grocery stores. I have noticed that their vegetarian supply has grown from several items to almost a half a row in the frozen section. But I'm still having meat in my meals. If you want to save on groceries, this is the place. If you don't find what you need there, go next door to my favorite Dollar Tree Store.. This place is jam packed with all kinds of goodies, I get my favorite softdrinks and candy, but they have everything you can think of. Unfortunately they raised their prices and everything is 1.25 now instead of .99 cents. It's still a great value if you take your time and look around. I have paid up to 2.99 for a drink at a liquor store or gas station so a buck and a quarter trumps that any day. Don't forget the other stores in the shopping center, these are just my favorites.

Went to the Vietnamese restaurant and it was fantastic. A great find. Also saw a Pan Dulce Mexican style sweet bread/desserts. Then found out they have homemade Tamales and they are so good. Pork in red sauce. Many more treats in this neighborhood center. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. Nice area to shop get some food your car fixed or a haircut

This place has great shops can get a little busy especially around 1 p.m. or after that parking lot is a little packed during that time. Wheelchair accessible. Usually pretty clean. If I come here I try to go in the morning or in the evening due to the traffic here.

This is NOT a shopping mall, it's just a plaza. Not sure what can be said about it other than there is lots of parking and good selection of stores, and the layout of the whole thing is pretty well designed to accommodate pedestrians and cars pretty well together. Again, this is NOT a shopping mall, and I see this mistake on google maps all the time, they need to devise a separate category for things like this.

Love this place. Always visit this place after work, or when I'm with friends I will come to the shopping center. I brought a date here once and it was a lot of fun.

Grocery Outlet, DDs Discount Store, Dollar Tree and much more. I love Grocery Outlet that's why I come here. There are so many bargains to be had. It's been a great asset to the community. The owners are wonderful as is everyone who works there. I always ask if there's any special coupons make sure you do too last time I went there was a special coupon for $5 off $15 doesn't get much better than that and they just give you the coupon you can also find the coupons on Facebook and Instagram

All good, not much to say, you can find food, clothes, laundry and some other stores in here!

All I see are reviews on the stores and pizza hut but the real winners of this place are Blossom Tea House and popsicle/fro-yo place that replaced Yo YumYum. 10/10 recommend them both and I will say I love Grocery Outlet as well.

Was hanging around the parking lot waiting for the wife, seen a small taco place so I just had to go in.....glad I did, it is very good, and prices are good too....

That Grocery Outlet Bargain Market place has lots of great deals, you just have to look around a bit. Also, DD's has everything you could ever want on discount racks.

I wa at the Oxnard Pho ,the best one in all Ventura County I order on line before I left from work,and it was ready on time.

Great neighborhood center and offers plenty of parking plus they have some of my favorite restaurants and the number 1 gold and jewelery emporium who i love and pays me the most cash for my gold and silver and diamonds.

We go sometimes for furniture and the store and the pizza hut one time I tried it a long time ago it was good in my opinion I would come again

Love the various plces with all of the good you got every kind of food that you can think of and to top it off they added a great grocery store

The shopping center has a little bit of everything from groceries, to nails, Dollar Store and many food joints but the best, I think is Pho!

Great collection of stores ! Including walmart ,auto zone , Dds discount, dollar tree , jack in the box , pizza hut , happy panda and many many more!!!!
