King Soopers Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy in the area. They were overloaded prior to the kings on Quebec opening but that resolved. The staff are always kind, professional, timely, and helpful. My insurance is no longer accepted but they help me with discount coupons. I would prefer to go here without insurance than fill elsewhere with my insurance. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried and just end up coming back here.

I would like to thank Nicole in the pharmacy. She went out of her way to help me with an urgent transfer of prescription for my dad who has Parkinson's. She jumped through some hoops for us and I hope she's recognized for her patience, helpfulness, and positive attitude! 🥇

Tammy is hands down the best person I’ve ever interacted with at a pharmacy. I was getting a prescription filled for my inhaler and upon seeing the high price, she tried her hardest to find a way to make it cheaper, even taking down my number and offering to call the company herself. My mom later went and got her prescription filled and Tammy helped her refund orders and reapply coupons which my mom had previously been sent to customer service for. She is the absolute best!

The pharmacist Trang is very helpful , she takes her time with each customer and is attentive.

I had to comment after seeing the negative reviews--I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy location. Everyone has always been helpful and nice.

The staff at this pharmacy was very helpful when I went to get a prescription filled. There was a issue with my insurance and Monique took the time to figure out the issue.

Thank you kings for all you do. You guys work so hard and are keeping this city going. We're thinking about you every day and want you to know we appreciate you.

Kind and nice staff who are busier than they ever wanted to be. The wait can be long, the only reason for 1 less star...maybe relief for everyone when the new store opens...AND if anyone wants to work with people these days 😀

Fast and very pleasant

My customer requested a holiday edition drink and I couldn't find it. After asking 3 employees on the floor and getting fingers pointing me all over the store, I decided to ask cust service. I spoke with a manger Liz, and she gave me an attitude and told me she doesn't know and they must be out. I expect more effort as a customer. I would guess the policy is to help customers. I shop all over town and this is by far the worst king soopers staff in the metro area.

Pharm techs are rude and unsympathetic. They will not do anything to help out. There is one pharmacist that is helpful, unfortunately he can't be there all the time.

Wait is always to long and the people here are always real short and rude. Very non personable bad customer service!

Dropped my Rx on Friday and was told the item was in stock and would be ready in 30 min. I decided to come back later to pick it up and ended up returning two days later. I went to the drive-through to pick it up, and the girl helping me kept saying she couldn’t hear me, even though I was literally yelling at this point. She finally found my prescription but was staring at the screen for a few minutes. She walked away for another few minutes and comes back to tell me it won't be in until tomorrow with a nonchalant shrug. I let her know that when I dropped it off, the guy told me that it was there and it would be available in 30 minutes I feel like she believed me, but she disappeared for a few more minutes again. She finally returned to tell me that oh yeah, it is here but she’ll need about 45 minutes to have it ready. I assumed it would be ready for pick up and I would get on with my life but apparently I was wrong, so I will have to make another trip to pick this up and maybe it will be ready who knows.

They never have prescriptions ready on time. They are unorganized. It takes them days to fill basic prescriptions. Unreal

I would not recommend coming to this King Soopers location if you can help it, overall they have gone down hill significantly in terms of service. They don’t notify you if there are any issues with insurance until you’re already there to pick up your prescription. That is if you can get through the line. Recently I waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru without any movement and then I went inside there was a line of about 5-6 people. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a long wait to pickup something already done. Go somewhere else if you can help it or just get it through the mail.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse! In the 5 years I have used the pharmacy I have never spoken to someone that wasn't rude or resembled any form of customer service. None of the employees have any sense of urgency or speediness. The grocery store is great however, this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired.
