Great service! We were able to pay and pick up our couch the same day. Kevin was great to work with. This is our 3rd piece of furniture from here.

The staff helped load a purchase made in the showroom less than an hour before. They were kind, and very careful with my new couch while loading into the truck.

Just a truck driver, delivering furniture, but the people there, super nice.
As a customer, I know kindness goes a long ways.

After decided that we desperately needed bedroom furniture, my wife and shopped long and hard to find the perfect set. At Complete Suite in the Valley, we were welcome with warm smiles and a no pressure environment to shop! Our salesman was kind, and answered our questions with authenticity and honesty. We left purchasing a beautifully hardwood set for thousands less than we had anticipated! The only downside? The set was out of stock and we’ve had to wait well over a month to get it! Would recommend for a relaxed, quality experience.

Lots of variety and interesting pieces of furniture but we are dubious of the quality and service. We purchased a "leather" electric recliner couch and an office chair. They supposedly only had the floor display pieces and had to order them. 5 weeks later they delivered. The couch was torn on one corner and one of the 3 electric functions did not work. We noted it with the delivery guys and they said they would order another one. After using the couch only twice we realized what poor quality it really was. Very shaky/wobbly and the gap was so great when reclined that my daughter actually fell through and needed help to get out. We cancelled the order and had them come and get it. As the display model we saw also had the same electric function not working, I am convinced they tried to pawn off the display model on us.
The office chair appeared to be ok, albeit my wife was disappointed that it did not raise as high as she wanted for her desk, and it seemed to lean to one side. After two months the seat broke. The wood actually split beneath the cushion. My wife is petite and weighs almost nothing. We took it back and picked up a new one. This one did not lean and raised a good 5 inches higher than the other one. Again I am convinced this store gave us the floor display models. We won't buy there again.

Irrelevant. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're picking up. This location is ONLY a warehouse. Google has it improperly classified so that it shows up as a retail store.

Spent over $2500 and had to wait a week and half for delivery and then they didn't even take the old boxsping or mattress like they said they would do.
