I contacted Brandon at Prime Exteriors for a roof estimate on a property I manage in Denver. Out of 3 contractors I called, Brandon was by far the most knowledgable and easiest to work with. In addition to coming out the very next morning to measure my roof, he provided me with a same day bid and it was the lowest of the 3 contractors. Brandon's crew completed the roof install in one day, passed city permit inspection the next day, AND provided a 10 year workmanship warranty. I will continue to use Prime Exteriors for any roofing services needed on my rental properties moving forward and would highly recommend Brandon to my friends/family!!

Recently, I sold my house in Lakewood and during my home inspection, the roof came back with having hail damage on it. I had a buyer under contract and I was in need of a roofing company immediately to work with a fast approaching closing date. I was referred by my real estate agent of Brandon and his company, Prime Exteriors. Brandon met my insurance adjuster on the day of the inspection and got my entire roof/gutters paid for through my insurance provider! I was only responsible for my deductible portion of the claim. With a fast approaching closing date of 2 weeks, Brandon was able to get my entire roof and gutters completely replaced with 4 days to spare before closing!! Without him, I was potentially going to lose my buyer. The 10 year roof warranty was fully transferable to my buyers and all invoicing/documentation was handled directly by Brandon.
