Great for lunch. Got the Turkey and Swiss croissant, it was delicious. Everything looks wonderful here, can’t wait to come back for breakfast. Nice atmosphere, worth checking out.

This place rocks! I was in the hospital for a month and had trouble eating both during my stay and afterward; I kept myself alive on their croissants. The turkey and cheese and the chocolate croissants are to die for, and my partner loved their baguettes. Even the plain croissants were perfection. I didn't love their brownies (but that's because I'm picky and don't like nuts in my chocolate). Reasonably priced, everyone in there was lovely, and their other pastries are worth a try as well.

OMG yum! I could honestly end this review with those two words…it’s all anyone really needs to know. My son and I stopped in the other day on our way home from my brothers. It’s very clean and bright and smells delightful. The woman who helped us was very friendly. We ordered a mushroom and Swiss croissant (very good, with something mildly spicy inside), a blueberry almond croissant (also tasty, although my son attempted to just eat the filling, so I mostly just got pastry), and my personal favorite, a sugar brioche. The woman who helped us recommended a cookie god my son- she said they’re her favorite. I should have known that they’d be amazing if they were a favorite, because they were. My son is usually great at sharing but he refused to share any of it with me until he was done. And even partially squashed and chewed on it was a fantastic cookie. Even though my brother is the one lucky enough to live around the corner, at least I have him as an excuse to drop by Trompeau when we visit him!

I recently got introduced to Trompeau and was angry I just now found out about the most delicious pastries in the world!

Also the staff is extremely friendly and hard working. I noticed one specific gentleman who was going out of his way to help out with not only servicing the customers but basically keeping the bakery running. He’s got tattoos and glasses! Shout out to that guy!

The lemon croissant was sweet, tart, flakey and delicious. The smells were tasty. Their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Amma had a friend she says it was delicious !

I went with one of my family members who recommended this place and it was AMAZING!!! I have no regrets and would love to come here everyday (not sure my stomach would be too happy about that)! The food, for one, was perfect and hit the spot for sure. Not to mention the large variety of sandwiches and pastries you could choose from was amazing. The coffee isn’t to be looked over, either. It is a very friendly and safe environment in general and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice working space with some delicious food! Well, I actually would recommend this for everyone. I am very pleased with accessibility in the parking area and the easy access to the inside. The prices are excellent and extremely reasonable; anyone complaining about them must be mistaken. Above all, this bakery and coffee shop had an amazing variety of dishes, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere that truly made my day.

I used to own a French bakery/cafe, and this bread is quite good, especially the rustic baguettes and the ciabatta. I also frequently buy my coworkers croissants, and they swear by them (I'm vegan, and unfortunately, in true French fashion , it's very unfriendly to vegans, as they have no vegan selections besides the bread so I don't know whether any of the food or desserts are good or not. It's okay though because it has probably saved me several thousand dollars and nine million calories because I live two blocks away.) I love the staff and the owner seems very friendly. The place is a bit cramped for dining in, but the patio is nice in fair weather. And be sure to get there early, particularly on busy Saturdays, because they can run out fairly quickly.

Their green chile croissant was one of the best croissants I've ever had. The 4 other croissants I had there were also very good and will definitely be returning with my daughter!

My girlfriend, and I shared a croque-monsieur, and a Napoleon pastry. They were so good! The waitstaff were super nice, and helpful. They have a small dine in area, and a very nice patio. If your in this area, and craving delicious pastries, sandwiches, cheese, and coffee(They also have a small selection of beer, and wine) you should try Trompeau out.

This place is complete carb heaven! The pastries are some of the best I’ve ever had. That buttery flaky goodness is unmatched. The quiches are really good, just perfectly seasoned. And the customer service was so helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t wait to go back here.

I have been going to Trompeau for years. Today I finally introduced myself to Beth, the owner, who is very gracious. I used to live in Paris and frequented numerous boulangeries and patisseries, and the quality and authenticity of the goods at Trompeau is spot-on; my daughters and I generally get pain au chocolat or a fruit croissant, and a savory item such as quiche. Employees are pleasant and hard-working, and there is very nice cafe seating inside and out. I recommend highly!! And please support local and woman-owned businesses ♥

Every time I go here it's wonderful. Delicious authentic food, friendly staff, lovely seating area. Fantastic spot, highly recommend. Best French bakery in Denver, in my opinion!

I love croissants and Trompeau does croissants right! These croissants have been beautifully laminated which makes them perfectly buttery, fluffy, and flaky. They’re also really big! My favorites are the lemon blueberry, cream cheese, and mushroom swiss. If you sign up for their rewards program, you also get free croissants!

Such great croissants, chocolate croissants, roast beef sandwiches and french baguettes! We bought six pastries, both savory and sweet, and a sandwich, and everything was wonderfully flavorful, buttery and very similar to the French counterparts. Service was warm and knowledgeable, and the whole place is clean and tidy. So excited we found this bakery!

Coconut cream croissant was DELICIOUS! Almost croissant and ham & Swiss croissant were also yummy. We will definitely be back!

Solid bakery with a nice variety of croissants, breads and other baked goods. The savory options are a plus as well.

Nice little neighbor gem. What an amazing and delicious variety of pastries. My only complaint is there were sooo.... many yummy looking treats it was hard to decide on just a couple.
