Love this place. The carne asada combination plate is my absolute go-to. The woman who works the register is the sweetest too!

Best tacos & burritos I ever had in my entire life, and I'm 65 years old!! They also have a taco truck on the west end of town in Ace Hardware parking lot that's been there over 20 years. This place and truck have a dedicated following. It just doesn't get any better than this!

El Jaliscience is not much to look at, they are located in a small, older, slightly run down building in a gnarly part of town. The menu is very limited and while friendly the employees never seem terribly enthusiastic.
Where Jaliscience shines is their food. Simple ingredients treated with care and skill. The burritos are excellent and tacos are very tasty, though if you are not a fan of spicy make sure you ask for no salsa or salsa on the side, the house standard has quite the bite. Everyone should also be aware of the inclusion of healthy doses of fresh chopped onion and cilantro in many dishes.
El Jaliscience is my personal favorite place to get to-go Mexican in Woodland.

I never post reviews, but had to for this place. Food is amazing hands down . Other Mexican places I can get grossed out half way into the burrito but this place leaves me craving for more , consistent food and have never been disappointed.

Tacos de cabeza were good and orcahta water really good, it’s hard to find good cabeza tacos and I was really satisfied.
