Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented my car from one of the neighborhood offices in Thornton, CO. The rep was efficient, friendly, and thorough. I had the car for almost 3 weeks… the return set for the other Thornton location on a Sunday. That rep was also an asset to your company being of fine, congenial demeanor. Overall, a VERY positive rental experience.

I had a great experience working with this Enterprise location. I was rear ended and had to have a rental while my car was being repaired. The at-fault driver's insurance company was less than pleasant in all of my interactions and adamant that I was not eligible for a rental car if it exceeded 4 days which caused a lot of frustration and anxiety for me. Brandon was great though - he took over in the dealings with the insurance company ensuring that the rental was covered for the duration of the repairs and that they covered a vehicle equivalent to my own vehicle that was being repaired. Additionally, when my car was ready for me to pick up, I did not have alternate transportation to Classic Collision so Enterprise arranged for me to have a ride over there. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and want to thank Brandon for all of his help in this process, it did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.

This location didn’t have the vehicle type I reserved. They were eager to find a solution and worked with the truck rental department to find a quick fix. Very happy with their prices and customer service.

I rented a 3/4 ton pickup from Enterprise Rent a Truck in Thornton at the 104th and Zuni location on 4/2/24. Mary Kate Kreisler was great to work with, was friendly and professional. She deserves a raise. It's unusual to find excellent customer service today, and she is an asset to your company. The truck was great too and worked as expected.

I came in on the 11th after going to I believe 3-4 other dealerships and right when we got there Joe came out to greet my parents and I when the other places were busy but also seemed to rushed or just didn’t acknowledge customers so I was happy about that, Joe was so attentive with us and caring making sure he listened to what features I wanted in a car also just making sure that I was comfortable with everything explaining in detail about purchasing my car answering all questions I had or even my parents. Definitely a 10/10 experience and will probably come shopping here again in the future the whole staff is just so sweet and really want to make sure you’re buying a car you’ll actually love!!

First time car rental here! And Brandon was FANTASTIC he was such nice and friendly experience with him, not only was he quick with service but he assured me every step of the way with any concerns I had, including his female staff member (I wish I got her name) but she walked me through the steps of a collision were to happen and what to do with the full coverage I purchased which was only $25 ish dollars a day compared to others charging nearly $50! Thank you I will be renting with you guys again! 🫶🏽

We rented a car this past week and we had the pleasure of working with Kamryn. She was absolutely wonderful. Very patient, professional, and personable. We felt very taken care of and would love to work Kamryn again in the future.

Excellent customer service! I needed to quickly rent a vehicle while my Nissan is having warranty work at Larry H. Miller next door.... the entire team at this Enterprise location really came through! Their service is outstanding in every way, and they're all very friendly and helpful; the attention to detail provided by them is superb. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality customer service and a great staff. I wish I could give them ten stars instead of five!

I needed a rental car for 2 weeks while my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up at the auto shop and gave me a Jeep SUV. The car was clean. After 2days the key fob was showing a low battery. I took the car in and Enterprise put in new batteries. The car ran well throughout the 2 weeks. When my car was ready I drove the Jeep to my autobody shop and they took care of returning vehicle. The entire process was no hassle / easy. The customer service was top notch.

We initially ordered a suburban at the 104th and Grant location. Upon arrival and picking up the vehicle, we were told that it was not there. We ordered it online and called in to make sure that the vehicle was there. is still was not there. We left frustrated and went up the street to the other location on 104th. Brandon and his staff took care of our needs in the situation we were facing. My hats off to those guys. Give them a raise! Good job Brandon & Team!

The story is too long to put into words, but long story short, my encounter with the first representative was not a good one, but it was a lasting impression to say the least.
Customer service is a virtue and attribute to any company, when you have someone who looks for best outcome for their customers - you have a rockstar on your team.
Thank you to Enterprise for making such a great decision, and having such a loyal internal associate who listens, and creates a resolution to a problem.
Rarity to find these days.
You may want to evaluate others and their performances, just a hint.

These guys did a great job! Louis, as well as the other guy working with him (possibly Ryan?) really care about ensuring customers are taken care of. They looked over everything on the car before and after renting it to us.
Most places nowadays, don’t even take the time to do that. We rented due to a complex insurance claim… Enterprise was the only easy step along the way to getting our vehicle back. Thanks guys!

I recently had to have my car repaired after someone backed into me. The estimate for repair and painting was about two weeks and while I work from home, I felt I needed a rental in case I had an emergency and needed to leave. I arranged with Enterprise for the rental (which was paid by the insurance company) and they picked me up at the collision shop. Went back to their facility and worked with Luis to get me into a vehicle. He wanted to put me in a mid-size sedan, but I wanted something a bit smaller. They accommodated me with no questions. He was very pleasant to work with, as was the tech who came to pick me up at the collision center. Returning the car was simple as I just drove to the collision center and left it there. I have used Enterprise in the past and will continue to do so. They were great!

Brandon at this location was extremely helpful, quick and friendly- in and out within 20 minutes!

Had a great experience at this store. My truck had to go into the shop & I needed a car to get to an important work function that night. Due to this rental being covered by the warranty, it had to be their brand of vehicle. They did not have one in, but Mason, Kevin & Luis kept an eye out for one to be returned. They got one in, got it cleaned up & called me to come pick it up right in time to make my function. Thank you for the great service!

Recently, my SUV was stolen & this Enterprise location gave me a beautiful, safe & reliable rental. They have excellent customer service & put my situation at ease. Brady, Alex, & Guido have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location.
