Fit Within, LLC

Last night my daughters and I attended a class at Fit Within for the first time. Melissa was amazing! It was a rather large class, however, she made each of us feel like we were her priority. (There was approx. 20 people) She customized and modified the workout so everyone attending could participate. She was constantly moving around the room checking form, posture, giving praise, and encouragement. Fit Within has a great vibe and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. If you're looking for a great place to workout with an amazing trainer this is definitely the place to go!!

If your trying to get your body right go see these Gaby & Melissa

This is a small local gym in Woodland Ca, I purchased a 30 day pass. I used to be active, but after gaining 60 lbs due to a health condition, I decided to give it a try. It is run by two personal trainers, Melissa and Gaby. Gaby is cheerful and enthusiastic, but my experience with her was not the best since I've been trained by some good and educated personal trainers. I felt like she didn't care since I was just a "dropping" by, in other words she never communicated with me or my forms while in session. The other personal trainer name and one of the owners is Melissa, she gave me the work out experience I was used to by caring about my form, always modifying and adjusting to my level or what my body could do. You can tell she cares and is very educated in her field. The workouts provider by this facility are one of the best if you want to gain body strength. Thinking is purchasing a membership in the future. I only giving fi within a 4 star because the facility is kind of dirty, maybe I'm used to the cleanness of the other local small gym in Woodland I was a member for years. But if you dont care about those things this is the gym to go.
