CVS Pharmacy

Not sure how I got the golden ticket but my experience at this location has been spectacular! The staff have been helpful, patient, efficient, friendly, and professional in all my dealings with them in spite of it taking multiple phone calls* to have ALL my prescriptions transferred from out of state. (And yes, I'm "one of those California people.") When busy, they've told me the number of customers ahead of me after waiting for my response to the question, "Can out hold?" (Please note, they actually let me answer the question as opposed to most places that just say, "Can you hol..." but hit the button before getting to the, "d?") Every single person with whom I've had interaction at this location has been enjoyable to the point that I've walked away from each encounter smiling.
Which is absolutely unheard of in the medical unicorn community!

*The transfer of prescriptions was handled deftly and smoothly on the part of the pharmacy. Unfortunately, they were forced to answer multiple calls due to my disorganization.

I just have to let everyone know about Patrick, the head pharmacist here. He has been just wonderful to us for the 4 years we've been going to CVS
Consistently Patrick has gone above and beyond customer service and taken such care of me.
Even during the craziest of times and being constantly short handed, he has been patient and helpful and just plain NICE
He even laughs at my cheesy jokes and snarky comments

CVS is in trouble, the company needs to hire more workers. The lines are long, and the few employees seem to be stressed beyond the limit. We are very thankful that there are still Pharmacists like Steven Thai, that go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients. Steven Thai, was able to fill our prescription that had been pending for weeks. He was more than patient, and answered all our questions in a thoughtful, friendly and timely manner.

I waited in line for 45 minutes. Once I got up to the counter, my prescription was not ready and wasn't even transferred from Walgreens. I was given an emergency supply which meant the world to me. The man working was all alone and he was helping every single customer with patience and empathy. He had to ring everyone up and fill multiple prescriptions and he was extremely apologetic and thankful to everyone customer. I was angry I had to wait but the poor man was literally all alone and handled it extremely well. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of this man. We need more people like him working in customer service. I did not catch his name but Thank you. You deserve a raise 👏 🙌 They need more staff, please help them!

I'm giving this place a 5 star review because it's not the employees' fault that they are under staffed. These people are doing their absolute best they can under the circumstances they are given. Yes the lines are long but are how can you blame the employees when there's only 1 or 2 of them there? Do not blame the employee because target/cvs doesn't want to bring in more techs.

Jennifer at this CVS location has been extremely helpful! I had an issue with a prescription, and she took the time to call my insurance provider, and even offered to call my doctor directly if needed. She absolutely has gone above and beyond and truly puts herself in your shoes when it comes to problem solving. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for the best customer service in regards to their prescription needs!

I’ve had nothing but really great experiences at this pharmacy. The staff is really friendly and hard working. They do seem short staffed sometimes but they’re always really transparent about that and reasonable.

I had an awesome experience last night. I wish I would've gotten their names, but I came in 20 minutes until close and they went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was ready, reentered my insurance, and worked on transferring my prescription from another pharmacy. I am sure they weren't stoked on that right before close, but they were very pleasant and more than willing to help.

Randal and his team were great! They’re working hard in a thankless job and doing their best. I appreciate the convenience and kindness that I received at this CVS.

Jeff and his staff are all amazing! No matter how busy they are, they are super friendly, work quickly and do a great job. It's so nice to use this pharmacy and get consistently awesome service.

I always love coming here, they go out of there way to get stuff filled, calling doctors and insurance if needed, and they are all so friendly and helpful! I have even been asked to wait a minute for my RX because it hadn't been double checked yet, I love that! All around, I am glad this is my pharmacy.

This is where we fill our prescriptions and, for the first time, where we got our flu shots. Staff was great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for a terrified four year old. Thanks!

I have never had a problem getting my meds filled, infact they dont take long to fill compared to walgreens that take over an hour. Everyone is very friendly and caring.

They were very professional and kind. I very much appreciated that the pharmacist walked me through how to take my medication. I'll be returning here again.
