Sarah was really attentive and a great communicator. The manager and finance guy were also very helpful and we worked together to get this deal done that made us all happy. The dealership is new and really clean. Really liking my F150 and when this lease is done, I'll be back.

We had a great experience with buying a new Ford Explorer at the Woodland Ford dealership, in Woodland Ca. Our experience began with my interest trading in and buying a new Explorer online, and Woodland receiving a possible future customer notification. Shortly after, maybe 30 minutes, I received a text message or call from Sarah, one of their sales reps. Sarah and I talked about what I wanted and/or was looking for as a purchase. Over a couple of days we communicated on what was available, coming in, or what they could find me. Sarah alway promptly provided updates or ideas throughout the process. Eventually, we found the Explorer trim, color, and options we were looking for in that model. Next step was to meet the team at Woodland Ford. We went in to finalize the purchase and the team was great. Sarah was exceptional to work with and was honest. If I asked a question, she either knew the answer or was able to find out immediately. We truly appreciated Sarah's efforts to ensure we were happy with our purchase, and more importantly, to help foster a future customer relationship. In complete transparency, I am not an easy car buyer, but Sarah was a huge staple in our buying decision. But not to leave anyone out, the Sales Manager and Finance Team all played an important role in our purchase. They were great and easy to talk with during my Q&A sessions. As mentioned, I recommend for new buyers to have the same experiences. When ready, we plan on buying another Ford from the Woodland Ford dealership. BTW, we love our new Explorer...I mean wifey does...the boss gets what she wants.

Scheduled to have recalls done and waited for it. Super friendly, service writer told the technician that I was waiting for my truck as I don't live in the area, they put my truck in and I was out in just a couple of hours. Awesome, thanks woodland ford!

I went in on September 3 for a ford F250 and was greeted by both Sarah and Easton. They unfortunately had just sold the model I was interested in, so I proceeded to inform them what I was looking for in a vehicle. They mentioned that the Chevrolet dealer next door was owned by the same owner and that they had a model that met our requirements. They walked me over and helped me through my first new vehicle purchase. They really made the purchase process feel simple and easy. I am very thankful for my chevy 2500 HD and have not had any problems. If I ever need to buy a second vehicle, they will be my first and last stop.

I chose Woodland Ford when I decided to reserve my 2022 F-150 Lightning due to all of the great reviews, even though I live in Sacramento; and I am VERY glad that I did. Easton took great care of me from the time I made my reservation in early May 2021, through the ordering process in June 2022, and finally with the final sale today (10/11/2022). It was a long process amid unusual times, so why not navigate through it with folks that care greatly about customer service, and who know how to listen to your requirements and tailor the experience to meet them.
