In-Shape Family Fitness

My husband and I just moved to this area and drove out to a few of the gyms Woodland has. We didn’t look into any CrossFit gyms cuz we don’t like being injured anymore and Planet fitness was off the table cuz we actually lift. Fitness system was huge but most of the machines were a waste of space and time. Their deadlift pad was outside behind the pool which is weird. Plus they were even more expensive than Inshape. Like almost twice as much. Inshape met our needs and is clean. Also isn’t crowded when we go. I’d tell you when that is but then you’d go😌

In-Shapes' 29-Minutes Circuit is back on track and so am I in my exercise routine. Gym leadership has the circuit running in working order and went beyond expected with new padding on some of the machines. Donna, the awesome coach of the circuit, had a full class today which added fun to my return to the circuit. Hats off to In-Shape for their responsiveness in addressing the issues!

I am not self directed, so I like the various classes offered and the instructors are very helpful.

Great workout space. Staff were always coming around to check on equipments and safe practices were adhered too all times.

The indoor pool with steam room, sauna and spa adjacent makes for the perfect workout and cool-down in any season. Only health club in the region with this amenity.

Love In-Shape! I'm sure they might be having staffing issues like everyone else but they don't let that stop them from making sure the club is always clean and stocked with supplies. Love the selection of equipment, and I hear they may be getting some new/upgraded equipment? Staff is always very friendly, especially Marissa. I always recommend In-Shape to everyone I know that wants to hit the gym!

I’m in my third month at this location and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t find it to be overcrowded at all, but I go around 10 am. Everyone seems pretty mellow. It’s not a show-off place with loud music and meatheads banging weights around. All of the equipment seems to be in working order. When something is down, it’s only for a few days, and there’s enough pieces to find an alternative.

The many rows of new equipment are always in good maintenance; the facility is always clean, staff are always very nice, and I'm happy they remind everyone about wearing masks. Nobody likes wearing them, but we have to do it right now. It's an excellent fitness center!

The employee Marco is very helpful and caring. Good Staff overall.

This gym has worked hard to adapt and follow regulations during the pandemic. I am so glad they are open once again. It is a smaller gym but a good price point compared to other crazy expensive ones and they have everything I need. I love being able to go swim laps in the pool once again!!

Extremely clean and friendly. I love the atmosphere of the gym as its very laid back, no judgement, and everyone is there to do there own thing (no one is hogging machines or just standing around, no overbearing loud music, etc). The staff is very friendly, welcoming guests as we arrive and depart. The instructors/coaches of the fitness classes are amazing! Especially love Emma who teaches the World of Dance and Connor who teaches the conditioning classes. The heated, indoor lap pool and saunas are an added bonus as well. Lastly. I really want to emphasize again how clean this gym is, even before the virus pandemic. The sanitizer bottles are always full and in the two hours I usually spend there, they change out the towels at least once, if not twice.

Your employees are your greatest asset and they make the in-shape experience very enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoy inshape and especially at the Woodland location because of such amenities as the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Thank you and your staff for being a great gym! The only thing I would like to see is a stretch machine that can assist with stretching because I hate stretching! Ha !ha!

Best gym I ever worked out in . The staff is very helpful and professional. Facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. My only issue is I need you to open soon! (I miss working out )

The hours are great for me, it's bigger than people would think but feels comfortable and cozy. There's a lot of amenities, good classes and good equipment, plus the price is great.

very clean, spotless, excellent variety of equipment, weights, pool, spa, steam, locker room, daycare, trainers, classes, price, hours, parking, staff availability to help, staff friendliness, rewards for frequency of use, locker room facilities. Great club for the price. Why go anywhere else? Love this place. And TV's galore! What more do you want?

Love the gym setting, plenty to do from weight lifting, cardio to swimming. Also what made the biggest impression for me was the kindness of Daniel and Jeremy. They both are top notch employees who go out of their way to greet you. Jeremy blew me away with his personal training techniques. 5 star review all the way.

I’ve been going here for 4 months now and love it! The customer service is great! All the workers are super friendly I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile. When I leave they always say Thank you or have a good day. Very pleasant place to come and work out. The machines are good And the price is great too!

I am happy that I joined a best workout club after long time. Clean atmosphere warming crew members and wide range of different kind of workout accessories are helping me to improve my overall physical strength and healthy heart. Thank you In-Shape.

We (my family and I) absolutely love the entire staff at the Woodland gym. Everyone is friendly, helpful and always there to lend a hand. With my medical limitations at the moment I can only use the pool for therapy and the instructors are fantastic in the classes. Margie is exceptionally helpful to my needs and such a good inspiration and cheerleader. Justin is the person we first met and joined us up. He's still there everyday cheering me on and again always offering to help.This place is wonderful in the sense you dont feel like its a competition of any kind. It doesnt matter your shape or size, everyone is treated equally and with respect. I wish i could name everyone for you but that would take some time. Thats why i just close in saying EVERYONE at Woodland ROCKS!
