I was in a rough spot when I came to this establishment. They went above and beyond to replace my rack and pinyon even staying open past their normal hours while I was in the middle of a road trip. Ryan is a standup gentleman and I would be humbly pleased to support his business in the future.

Ryan gives an awesome customer service. Instalation service is great quality, waiting area great atmosphere, clean and comfortable seats.

I went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my Excursion and we discovered a very rusty (midwest truck) inner tie rod that wouldn't adjust (fused by the rust). Ryan ordered a new one for me with a new steering dampener. As we waited for parts I noticed he had removed the front tires, so I walked out and asked him if he could replace all 4 shocks while the tires were off. Without hesitation Ryan was back on the phone and ordered more parts. I wasn't in a hurry at all, but Ryan made sure to check on me and kept thanking me for my patience. To top everything off as the truck was getting the alignment he went out and got everyone pizza for lunch! Over the top professionalism and sincere customer service. Hard to find places like this anymore! I would highly recommend going to see Ryan at Sierra Tire and Trailer!

I was very thankful to have found Sierra tire recently when I was driving through the area and got a flat tire. I was surprised that the actual owner of the company came and towed my car to their shop and got me back on the road within an hour. The last time I had an emergency situation I sat at a shop for almost 5 hours so I was very pleased to have such a great and EASY experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. With the price and help I received I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I run a mobile Locksmiths Company so van Downtime is a big deal but he got me in and on the road in no time. He also was able to suggest a tire that would hold up better for my type of use and found them at the same price as the tires I originally asked for. Will be using them again

Being a owner of an Auto Repair shop I'm Vary picky on who i let touch my vehicle. Best customer service I've had in a really long time. The owner Garrett helped me after I got a flat tire down the street from his shop. I ended up replacing all four tires because the price was right and they needed to be replaced. I will remember this shop for sure.
