My boyfriend and i just moved into our first apartment and all of the staff here was incredibly helpful with the process. Any questions we had Shamori, Ron, and Cathy were there to help out and still are. The apartment in general has a lot of great amenities and is a great place to call home!

When working with relocation clients, they’ve liked and applied here. Many amenities and features at this location.

It is a very nice apartment complex with 3 stories and nice kept grounds! It has a nice pool, basketball court and gym. They also have an extra little storage closet under the staircase which is nice to have. The patios are nice but quite small with high wall that is solid so lil ones can't see over. The living space in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is very very spacious and the stackable washer/dryer are in a closet area in the bathroom. A good size linen closet and double sinks with a huge tub/shower combo!! The only thing horrible is THE EXCESSIVE STAIRS 🥵 There are NO ELEVATORS which surprised me but I guess you could always live on the first floor. Another thing surprising is you have to PAY for your parking spot😳 They do have garages that you can rent as well.

I lived here for ~2.5yr and overall had an excellent experience.

Apartment Complex: Newer and aesthetically pleasing, great pool/patio area with nice grills and lounge area. Gym area is convenient and clean. Locker system “Package Concierge” for deliveries is also a bonus, don’t have to worry about packages sitting outside your front door for several hours. At night the lighting outside is great for visibility and not causing too much light for residents indoors.

Parking: I saw a lot of complaints here, and I would just like to say that these things (lack of parking availability) can all be easily observed before you choose to move in. I do recommend getting covered parking, I also did have to wait several months before getting the best spot for my building, but it is the logical thing to do to secure a spot. Plus, I’ve been to places where you can’t have guests park inside the gates without a parking pass, so this is also a bonus.

Apartment: I loved the apartment. Appliances are all newer models, the bathtub/shower is large, the washer and dryer are in-unit and very nice. Maintenance is quick to respond, I never had issues with them and they always fixed whatever needed to be fixed. I only placed two minor requests (in 2.5yr! That’s amazing) in I think.

Community: The people here are friendly, neighbors say hello, no obnoxiously loud vehicles or parties that I can think of. The leasing office notifies residents of upcoming social events at the complex.

Staff: I never had any issues with the staff, they always were able to answer my questions and provide me all of the information I could ask for. They were friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

My additional thoughts: People should know what to expect when moving in to an apartment complex... hearing upstairs neighbors walking around at all hours of the night (are they playing croquet, bowling, wrestling.. who knows?) it happens at every apartment complex. Parking, like I said above, it’s not perfect but with some planning ahead you (resident) can make things work.

It’s a modern, clean, safe, and quiet place to live, and that’s worth the cost for me.

It was a lovely place to live. Nice apartment. I felt safe. Great having a garage across the hall. The downside was it was very expensive and the office staff were not that friendly.

Lived here for about 3 years. Overall it was a good experience. Parking can be rough to find at times and that would be my only complaint.

Apartments are nice, but there is not enough emphasis put on the quiet hours and honestly there should be a letter distributed at least every other month reiterating the importance of the quiet hours. Also, emphasizing to residents on third and second floors to be considerate of children and animals making excessive noises disturbing the peace of residents below. There needs to be a balance, we pay to much to not be comfortable.

Interiors are very nice, maintenance requests are usually followed up within two days in my experience. Leasing staff was extremely helpful with moving in almost 3 months ago. HOWEVER you must PAY to PARK. Essentially this complex does not have enough “free parking” to accommodate all tenants. Quinn Crossing does not provide every unit with 1 car port upon move in. You must typically WAIT, for a carport to become available which can take up to ~2 months depending if there are avalible spots by your building, until then you must park in free parking that is EXTREMELY limited. Personally i do not feel like i can have several guest over because they won’t have anywhere to park within a somewhat close distance. I would also like to add you must PAY FOR RECEIVING PACKAGES, yep that’s right. You must pay a registration fee to recieve any packages or you may not retrieve them what so ever. As an added bonus, which i have not have this come up with other “luxury” complexes i have lived at, you must pay 3$ for every day your package is not picked up after 3 days of them receiving it. I don’t know why nobody else has mentioned any of this in previous reviews. My husband left a negative review when we moved in unhappy with the parking situation and i was confronted with this by the leasing staff, felt it was unprofessional.

Think the girls name Shelby.. has a horrible attitude and should be fired. Apartments are nice..expensive though and parking is just stupid here.
