Hick's Hardware

A quick thank you to the people there. I live outside of town, but a friend had a need and my Internet search brought up Hick's. I called, talked to the owner, described the need, and paid for the materials. My friend was able to pick up the order without any problems at all. This was customer service and customer support at its best, and I am so grateful.

I love Hicks Hardware. I can usually find what I need especially when its something unusual! The owners treat you like old friends when you come in. This small local business is one of my favorites.

My favorite family owned business i the Heights. They always have an amazing amount of knowledge about whatever project you are working on. If they don't have what you are looking for ASK. They have never failed to either point me to a local place to find it or order it for me. Amazing.

My daughter tried to use my car key to open the (already unlocked) glovebox and used so much force she twisted it. I had no spare and was sure I was screwed until I brought it into Hicks and the gentleman bent the key back as much as he could and cut it perfectly.

Seriously I would’ve been screwed without them. Thanks so much!

Working on some stuff at the Northern Quest Hotel out in Airway Heights, I was about to head way over to Home Depot to get a set screw. Decided to give this little shop a try and was duly impressed. Claude identified the thread count by eye and had my piece picked in a minute. Great shop with more than you could believe!

This is a old family owned hardware store. The people are friendly. and old fashion. They will help with anything u need and u can even get keys made here... I love the friendly atmosphere and the helpfulness in what u need. This is a great place to get any washers nik nak tools and little things needed for house and appliances. They make sure to go aBove and beyond helpfulness. its old fashioned but great people...

I absolutely love Hick's Hardware. It's the perfect place for that bolt or nut that you lost. They have lots of inventory and are ready to help you find whatever it is that you may need.

There's just some things you can't find at Walmart but I guarantee you if you go to Hicks hardware it's going to be somewhere in that store I needed an eye bolt to go through the floor of my truck to keep my refrigerator from walking around Walmart had one but it was too short to go through my floor Hicks was right down the road and sure enough they had them in all different kinds of sizes.

You will love fall in love with this hardware store. This particular hardware store is not one of your fast paced chain store like Lowes or Home Depot (not that there is anything wrong with these stores) over ran by too many emploee's or supervisors. What was the called back in my day???? Oh I remember now...Too many Roasters and not enough hens..lol..something to that effect anyways.. The owner is a sweet but clever man who is very knowledgeable. He will help to answer if u take the moment to stop and ask him the right questios. And to my delight, and im sure yours will be as well, the customer service takes you back in a whirl wind of time when this kind of display of service was vital to the survival of your business and the sales produced thereafter. So, Please stop by and check this place out..I promise you will fall in love just as I did and so many before me.

Old school hardware store my favorite one. Friendly down home type of a place. Watch out for that awnry dog though, he'll get you by the heels if you don't watch yourself! Heels, no punn intended!

Always love this place it's a great place to go for anything and if they don't have it they will tell you where to find it support you local small business

Hands down beat people ever and the store has almost anything for replacements in a house I even rewrapped a cat scratcher with supplies from here! Invest in your local business!

The old boy that owns this place is so knowledgeable and willing to help with any problem you might have. Great selection also

Staff are always willing to help find what your needs are. If you ask where some product is, they will take you right to it. Very friendly!

Family owned and operated they carry everything. The old man is a legend stop a d ask him any?s He won't be around for ever

Very unique Hardware Store, lots of stuff, reminds me of our old hardware store back in the Black Hill of North Dakota.
