If I could give 10 stars to Dave I would. We reached out to him when our father suddenly passed away. He made the whole process of selling the house seamless. From helping us find and hire an estate sale team, hiring a cleaning team, getting fantastic photos of the property, and so many other details, he was the perfect person for the giant task ahead. He kept an eye on the property for us and even watered the plants in our absence (my sister and I live on the east coast). He is really good with communication. He always kept us in the loop. Whenever a potential "issue" came up he had solutions ready to put in motion. He really was the best, and I cannot recommend him enough.
