From the moment I inquired about availability to the day I received my keys, the staff here has been exceptional.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Mario, the Maintenance Supervisor. I encountered a minor issue in my apartment, and Mario was prompt to address my request and friendly. He not only addressed the concern swiftly but also ensured that the resolution process was seamless. Mario's professionalism and dedication to his role made a significant impact on my overall experience, and I feel confident knowing that any future maintenance needs will be handled with the same level of efficiency.

Apart from the outstanding maintenance service, I must give kudos to the staff for maintaining the complex in impeccable condition. The grounds are well-kept, and the common areas are always clean and inviting.

The move-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. The attention to detail and the willingness to assist made a positive impression on me, and I feel truly welcomed as a new resident.

The amenities offered at this complex are nothing short of luxurious, contributing to an enhanced living experience. From the well-equipped fitness center to the stylish communal spaces, every aspect of this complex makes me feel I live in a resort.

"Super" Mario did an amazing job, not only did he completely fix our air conditioning, he also explained why/what caused the issue.

Mario was very friendly, caring and informative!! There's a reason people call him "Super" Mario. Best maintenance guy ever 🤓😁!

Mario came to fix my dryer the same day I put in the service request (on a Saturday!). He was friendly, efficient, and had it all fixed in about half an hour!

Mr. Vincent was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and confidently. Overall, great tour! Highly recommend.

Super Mario in maintenance is amazing ! FAST and wonderful job my dryer was messing up and he came to the rescue quick!

My husband and I are moving and have been considering Andorra, but we currently live out of state so it’s been hard to view places. Last minute we had a chance to come to town and your many places in one day and out of everywhere we went, this complex and the staff were amazing! We met with Sabrina and she informed us she had about 10 minutes before her next appointment, but she still showed us around and we saw the floor plan we’re interested in. She never made us feel rushed and we even met some neighbors- human and furry friends! Sabrina also gave us all the info we needed and answered all of our questions. We appreciate the last minute appointment and hope her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I had put in a maintenance request for my bathtub drain. I was lucky enough to get same day service and didn't even have to be physically at home to get my issue solved. Service was fast and efficient :)

The maintenance team here at Andorra is top notch! They are always responding to maintenance requests very quickly and professionally, often going out of their way to get things done!

The best community to live in. I love that i can feel safe within the community and trust that my children can be out and play. It has the resort feel vibes and it’s a place where you look forward to coming home to . The property is well maintained. Any time i have any questions the staff is also so amazing. Any time i have issues with any maintenance that needs to be escalated or general questions ... Josalynn is always professional and knowledgeable. I feel like she is definitely the face of Andorra and always makes our events eventful.

We love it here! I was relocating from Chicago and I found Andorra online by their positive reviews. Rachel made me feel comfortable signing the lease without seeing the place. Everything went exactly as planned when I showed up after driving cross country. :)

The first thing I noticed was the lush landscaping. It’s really green with nice variation from building to building.

The apartment is 818 sf and laid out in a way that it seems much larger. The patio is really good size. I love the colors of the cabinets, countertops, and trim. The windows are high quality and block out the noise from 101. I chose this apartment number because I wanted a view and I can see the snow covered mountains in the distance.

My favorite thing here are the pool cabanas. I can always get one and I can make it private with the side panels. They have a nice gathering each month at the pool.

Parking has never been a problem. Very easy to find spots.

We recently moved to Andorra apartments and it's been a month. So far, we found everything great.
(1) Leasing process: When we came to see the apartments, the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. During the leasing process, @Rachel assisted us in answering all the questions/concerns. She is very nice and helpful. I would rather say that our move-in was very smooth because of her. Thanks to her.
(2) Maintenance: We have had very good experiences with maintenance. @Edie and @Lalo took care of service requests. They were quick in response, nice and polite.
(3) Community: The community is beautiful, well kept and peaceful.
(4) Apartments: Apartments are very pleasant and so far there are no complaints.
(5) Only problem is with accessibility of shipments. As these are new apartments, I believe they will work on this and make it better. Instead of finding the name at the gate to call in, calling to apartment number would be more convenient and easy to follow. Displaying the instructions at the gate would help the shipment people to contact.

Hope they will maintain the same standards in the future.....!!

I love living here! Its peaceful, quiet,located in a great neighborhood with friendly residents. Its pet friendly, love the amenities, and the Move in process was quick and easy. Rachel, the leasing agent, made it possible to for us to move in the same day we applied, which we were very thankful for. Both the leasing agents and property manager are great to work with. We were unable to get a couple documents in the same day we were approved due to it being the weekend but the property manager and leasing agents were very understanding towards our situation and allowed us to turn the documents in as soon as possible within a reasonable amount of time. They made it possible for us and we are truly grateful

WOW! We have lived here for over a year now, but we haven't really had any need to call maintenance until recently. Those guys are awesome! Eddie and Carlos were both so friendly, so patient and gentle around our animals, and so efficient and helpful in solving and fixing the problem with our dishwasher. Definitely the kind of maintenance staff you would hope to have anywhere you live.

This has been a sublime experience. Almost white glove. Josalynn was amazing. I rented from a distance and she was patient with me the whole time, kept me informed. This complex does more communicating than any other one I've ever been in (and I'm in my 50's!). The place is great, good location, etc. I just cannot say enough good about Josalynn. A true gem. All the reviews are true!

Had to also edit to give a shout out to Carlos who did great with a maintenance item. He was quick and explained what he was doing (that was a nice change -- I mean I know I don't own this apartment but I felt treated more like this was my home when he did this). The cats loved him too. A real gem!

Leasing office experience only

I got in contact with Josalynn right after the leasing office opened, she took us with no appointment, & within 30 minutes of seeing the unit we had been approved to move in & signed the lease immediately. It was one of the best service experiences of my life!

Ok, I've only been here over a week and all of the apartments are brand new. 3 swimming pools, 2 workout rooms, game room, units with garages... that was a must for me. Total units in this place will be 450 when completed. While under construction they are giving the first month free (well actually the second month). The security deposit is low compared to most apartments. The good and the bad depending on how you look at it... this place is not cheap, amenities are great quality, the pools have cabanas and showers and the workout rooms have high quality equipment. If you're a smoker, this is not the place for you as this is a non-smoking facility... no smoking on the premises. There is a small kids playground, a nice enclosed dog park and a dog washing facility. What other apartment complex has a dog washing facility? Standard is a 15 month lease (I believe, since that's what we signed up for). Close by is the YMCA. I like it here! :)

We have lived here for almost a year now. Having lived in 2 different complexes over the last 5 years, this complex has been the best managed. It is kept very clean. The office workers Krystal, Rachel and Erik are very polite and proffesional and make us feel welcomed and a part of the community. Lately they have started to do more community events which are family friendly and nice to attend thanks to Roniet. We are looking forward to the summer season. Also, the maintenance crew does a great job in daily upkeep and response to issues withing the aparment.

Hey guys, It's Theo and Samantha, we moved in on October 3rd 2020. We have been amazed by David and Eric's kindness, I used the gym and it was amazing. Each time Carlos comes over after a maintenance request we put in he is awesome and teaching us.

We had an issue with our closet door, we placed a maintenance request this morning and Carlos responded timely by mid noon. He was kind, pleasent and humourous.

I would give Carlos twenty stars if I could!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! the facilities, the rooms, and basically every aspect of living! I am very impressed with the staff. Rachel, our leasing agent, is very professional and highly efficient. Overall, the staff are also so helpful and polite and will get you the help you need. Wonderful experience so far, great service, amenities and view! In addition to the excellent service, the community is clean and well-maintained which is highly important to us. I would definitely recommend living here!
