I brought a company truck in to be serviced and get a smog check. We are a service-based company so when ever a vehicle is down, it can really hamper our ability to perform as expected. Patrick squeezed me in and got the truck done quickly. They inspected the entire vehicle and presented me with a complete report. We used to take the truck to the dealer, but they would take too long and charge twice as charge twice as much.
I am 100% satisfied with Camarillo Car Care and pleased with everything. I plan on bringing our vehicles back for all our future service and repairs needs. It was a real pleasure. Thanks Patrick!

Shop is handled professionally and courteously. Dan ,the Service Manager, gave me my estimate to diag 1996 F350 prior to starting the work and honored it at the time of completion. Working as a service manager myself in the marine industry I appreciated the level of communication and timeliness of my visit. Highly recommend.

Everything and everyone was very professional and courteous. My only complaint were about the extremely high charges for an oil change, simply due to a broken , stuck oil filter. I wound up paying $258.00 just because the mechanic had to cut off the old stuck filter. I felt the cost for the little extra work was extreme. Even the gentleman at the front desk mentioned that situation happens often due to poor quality of oil filters. That is why I chose to use your products rather than the ones I brought in with me. I felt it would have been fair to simply charge me the price for an oil change only. I gave 4 stars for quality of service provided by Dan.

The Employees were polite and helpful. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I was perfectly comfortable in the waiting area. The only thing I might say is that it would have been nice if there had been some coffee or water in the waiting area like the sign said.

Bought a used car recently and brought it to these guys to look it over. They identified critical and non critical issues and gave me clear and concise documentation of it all. Dan and Patrick in the service office are both very pleasant and knowledgeable. Smooth experience here.

Let me start by saying that the quality of work on my 2023 Tacoma was second to none. They replaced both the upper and lower control arms as well as the steering knuckle and my truck drives good as new. The folks at Camarillo Car Care not only did a great job restoring my brand new truck to its original form but were also excellent about keeping me updated on progress and any potential concerns regarding the well being of my vehicle. Outstanding customer service! I had a bad experience with another mechanic (Mountainview on Daily in Camarillo),under new management & not at all the service it used to be. I brought my vehicle here after that nightmare & it was fixed & ready to go the following day. My vehicle has never run this good and it & it's a 2002 Durango! I realized after this visit, I've had the wrong mechanic for too many years! Love this place & never going anywhere else!!!!

This shop was outstanding!! Believe all the other positive reviews! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for other services! Patrick was fantastic.Very calm and welcoming. He Listened throughly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand (I am not a car person). They were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day when my car died in the parking lot. They took the time to examine my car and diagnose the issues as well as some other issues that are not pressing but to make me an aware. They were able to get the repair done days earlier than expected! They had my car back up and running in 24 hours. Car issues are never fun but this shop made it easy and I felt taken care of. They have been in business for over 30 years for a reason!

First time using Camarillo Car Care Center to service my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and the experience from beginning to end was absolutely great! Dan was very friendly, professional and explained every issue they found in detail and he also provided pictures showing what needed servicing or replacing.

Dan never pressured me to agree to any repair but placing my trust in him and Camarillo Car Care Center was justifyed as the repairs I authorized were done flawlessly and on time, as promised.

Yet another successful repair at Camarillo Car Care. We’ve relied upon them for 2 decades now and there’s a reason for that…They get the job done every time!

I took my wife’s Buick enclave to Camarillo car care and Patrick the owner of the business really took good care of my wife’s car. The mechanic who worked on the enclave did a great job. I have not driven the car very much but from the test drive of the vehicle when I picked it up, it seemed to perform flawlessly. I would use this business again and would recommend them to my friends.

It was easy to set the appointment when I called, they do work based on your car's original specs, not use whatever they have in stock, like some other places. My car took a little longer than expected, and they kept me updated on the progress. Overall, would highly recommend.

My car was towed to Camarillo Car Care Center to replace a starter. Asked them to also check for any other problems the car might have. They did a very professional job and took care of issues that would have caused future costly problems. I would definitely recommend them and give them a 5 star rating. I will define use them again.

Camarillo Car Care provides great service for both of my vehicles. One of my cars is showing it's age and they are able to track down parts that are hard to get. Their explanations of repairs needed are very clear. I appreciate the service provided, & I will be back.
