We recently completed a 1031 exchange investment purchase using the Paul Ward Home & Ranch Team. We sold a rental home in Carpinteria and purchased a remodeled duplex in Old Town Camarillo. Another party had been seriously considering the property, when Paul was able to secure the deal for us. One current tenant wanted to stay while the other tenant had given notice that they were moving out right at the close of escrow.
