Catalyst Church | Woodland, CA

My family and I love this church! This church is for those that don’t know about God, new believers, and those who have been Christians for a long time! This church loves and cares for the community! They do chili cook offs, the back to school carnival for the whole city and we have made amazing friends! Pastor Matt is phenomenal and always gives a message that is current and relatable in every day life! Definitely check this church out!

I began my journey with Catalyst 5 years ago as a volunteer at the Back to School Carnival. The heart of this community was contagious. I began attending regularly shortly after and my connection with God grew immensely! I’m able to relate each service to my life and learn how God is with me even through the most difficult times. At Catalyst we spread God’s love through our Give Love initiative and Back to School Carnival. Those events and the welcoming community reassure me that I’m in the right place.

Catalyst is more than just a "church". I grew up in the "church", and have been a part of many churches in my past. Catalyst is a group of people who are committed to outreach, strive to help the public, and want to love and support Woodland and Yolo county. If you want a place that does not require a suit and tie, that will accept you as you are, and will not judge you (we all know churches that do), then Catalyst Woodland is for you!

Pastor Matt always delivers a great message that is relevant to real life. The entire team at Catalyst are welcoming. I just completed my first small group experience and it was great getting to learn more about the church and the people who attend. I love how this church cares about the community we live in. It took me a long time to find a church in Woodland that fit my family and spiritual needs. I am proud and could not be happier to call Catalyst my home church.

Have been going and enjoying Catalyst woodland for most of its existence . Really happy to welcome Fozzie to the fold. This church has been home for my wife and I ,and really feel good about the direction moving forward. It's really looking like 2 great teachers in the same building, something I have never had before thanks for all you do

Catalyst Church is truly an amazing place! Walking through the doors of 120 E Main gives you a sense of place and purpose and allows you the opportunity to grow in your relationship with God or explore your faith if you are new. Thankful for this place and the friends I’ve gained along the way!

Catalyst is full of genuine, friendly people to make you feel welcome. They have a great kids program, the message is relevant and biblical, and the church makes it a priority to positively impact the community of Woodland. I'm happy to be a part of it!

Awesome church for all kinds of people! The live band is energizing, the messages are relatable, and the pastoral staff have beards (minus the ladies)!! I’ve been going here for over 5 years, and love being a part of this church as it gives back to the Woodland community. From supporting local services like Foster Care to the Back to School carnival, this church wants to be there for both believers and non-believers, which is what Jesus was all about! 🙌🏻

Came here 6 years ago, and have been coming ever since. So much love for the community, as well as within to each other. Children's ministry is a great program as well. Check them out, the worst thing is, you might not enjoy it. Totally fine. If you do, even better!

When I walked into Catalyst for the first time a year and a half ago, I felt at home. It was just what I was looking for. Real sermons that convict and challenge you while also encouraging and invigorating you. Community of people wanting to spend time with one another.

Catalyst is the church I have been searching for! Makes you feel like family.
