Love Rite Aid shopping since 1996 love the associates. Some have moved on and new ones have taken their place also friendly! 🤗 good price and love the pharmacy and cosmetics.

Came in for a COVID booster online appt setting was easy, staff was great got my shot within 5 minutes of arrival waited my 15 minutes and was gone. Pharmacy staff was super professional and had a great attitude. Thank you all so much for an easy experience!!!!!

There's a young man that works the front registers - late high school or early college age. I unfortunately forgot his name. Taller, light brown/dirty blonde hair. Every time I'm there and he's working, he always has a smile on his face, is very welcoming, personable, engages with customers, and an all around great person. I used to work at a convince store/pharmacy. And I know that it can sometimes be stressful and hectic. But he is always delightful. Pharmasists at stores like these usually get the reviews, so I wanted to make sure to shine some light on your front store staff! Give that gentleman a raise! You've got a great employee, along with the rest of your team. Great people in general!

I changed pharmacies because my previous pharmacy of 15 years had a different pharmacist every day!
Rite-Aid on West Main in Ventura has had the same pharmacists and staff for years! Great and friendly service! The location of the store is very convenient, but it is sad to see so many homeless people panhandling and wandering around Mission Plaza! It’s bad for business, but I will continue going to Rite-Aid! They are the best!

This place has THEE BEST people running the show. (And believe me sometimes it can be quite a show at times.)
They are very NICE, always helpful, and put up with my silliness - sometimes even “playing along”!

I give 5 stars to the pharmacy staff. I came to pick up a medication it was my first time taking it, therefore the Pharmacist Abe, kindly helped me and provided me with the steps on how to properly take it! Such a knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist.

This store goes above & beyond giving good service.
The staff is great & they really care about the customers.
It's like an old fashioned drug store, modern but caring about each person who walks into the door.

Great staff that have worked there for a long time. This location has an expanded camping gear selection because it's close to a RV camping ground. Everyone is always smiling despite the hordes of homeless meth heads pan handling outside.

I really suggest the drug store and its knowledgeable staff to all pharmacy clients who really want to move their healthcare concerns to the next level. They're excellent at customer service! They even sell at a decent price!

I have been coming here for years. Every one who works here have always been so nice and helpful to me. I feel sorry for them to have to deal with some of the customers they have to put up with. Who wants to deal wth drunks and people trying to rip off the store almost every day.

Been going to this Rite Aid for years. Great customer service, great employees, great place to shop. Pharmacy is great also!

I was a bit scared reading these other reviews, but the rite aid customer service was absolutely amazing. I'm visiting from CT, and might have lower standards for happy polite service, but these people are wonderful to work with.
