Avalon is a beautiful community and we were able to learn everything about it from Ashley, she took her time to answer all of our questions and gave us candid advice on how to move forward and what to expect. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable, Thank you Ashley!

Great property. Maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Had an issue with my garage door opener. Rene took it upon himself to diagnose and replace the faulty unit. The response time was super fast. Keep up the good work guys.

A recent water link in an upstairs apartment caused the need for some of the repair work to happen inside my unit bathroom. While no repairs are ever fun, I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency by Rene and his team. Rene made it a point to communicate with me daily, providing updates on the different phases of the work and the plan moving forward. After everything was completed (including a side request I made for additional repairs) he then had my apartment cleaned! I cannot say enough positive things about Rene and the team he leads.

I love this community and staff. We currently had an issue in the apartment that unfortunately had us out for five days and the staff was amazing Rene who is the head of the maintenance team went above and beyond for us he had our apartment looking better than it did when we moved in. I’m so thankful to have someone like Rene in our community that takes pride in everything he does. Thanks again we are so grateful.

The property is well kept and the staff has been friendly. Ashley in the office was really helpful and the maintenance helped me navigate the property while I was on my tour. It was nice to meet everybody and I’m excited to hopefully move in early next year!

I'd like to express my gratitude to the entire maintenance team at my apartment complex. Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Maldonado have been incredibly professional in their work, consistently providing quick and meticulous service. Their dedication to quality is greatly appreciated.

I love this community! Ashley was so helpful! She went above and beyond answering all my questions. She was very informative. Maintenance is so fast to answer and fix the issues.

This place is cool, Ashley, Kim, Jose and Rene are the reason this place runs. It's paradise here they keep the property up and the community clean. I've lived here a year. It's the best place in Camarillo. Don't rent anywhere else. I love this place.

I love Avalon Camarillo so much. I recently had a situation where my washer flooded my kitchen and so I called the emergency line. Rene who is a Tech III and other workers took immediate action. They drained the water in the kitchen, they put in new carpet, they put in a new washer and dryer, they cleaned everything and gave me some bounce sheets for drying my clothes. They had everything done by the next day. In all they did an amazing job and Rene kept me updated the whole way. Avalon Camarillo is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I want to give major thanks to the Avalon's Emergency line, the front desk, Rene, all the other workers who helped and may God bless you all. I really appreciate it.

10/27/2023 - I would like to give a shout out to Rene Maldonado and Jose Rodriguez. They have helped my wife and I out with many of our maintenance issues and so has other maintenance members. My wife and I appreciate all that you guys do and I want to thank you guys so much! Avalon also thank you for all that you do as well. We truly appreciate you all. Have a blessed day!!

Of the places I've been at, this complex is my favorite! I love being here. The staff is so friendly and grounds are actually clean!! It really does feel like home.

I went in to inquire about an apartment and the young female who helped was very knowledgeable and clear in her responses, I love everything about it. I am really considering moving in after speaking with Ashley.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and although employees come and go one who has been here and always does an outstanding job is Rene in maintenance!

Love this place! It such a relieve to be in a place that takes pride and great care of the grounds and facilities. Easy website where I can pay my rent and submit service requests and the turnaround on a service request is the same day! So fantastic... Thank you Avalon!

I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience than what I had at Avalon Camarillo. Laura, the Community Consultant at Avalon, answered all of my questions - and follow up questions - about the complex and gave me an incredible amount of attention throughout the entire leasing process. And the attention didn't stop once I'd moved in - she's been fantastic about keeping me in the loop about events happening in the complex, helping me with maintenance issues and pointing out the hidden treasures in Camarillo. She 100% solidified my decision that moving into Avalon Camarillo was a fantastic choice.

I just moved in last week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a maintenance issue and in less than 30 minutes Rene was there to install a new fixture. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rene. He saw I was a new tenant and he offered to show me how each appliance worked. He taught me how to adjust the AC buttons, and light the gas stove. He even showed me the most cost effective settings on the washing machine. He loves his job, and it shows. He genuinely cares about the customer. THANK YOU, RENE !!

My Fiancé and I love living here at Avalon. The staff are friendly and the maintenance crew is fast to act. Special thanks to Rene, Jose and the rest of the team for always helping us out when we need it. They are quick to act and always courteous.

Awesome place to live! I’ve been living here for 3-1/2 years and Nicholas, Monica, and the maintenance staff has been more than helpful from the process to moving in and fixing all maintenance trouble calls for us. Highly recommend since this is a gated community and possible chance to rent out an extra garage whenever it’s available. Great job Avalon staff and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future if I’m back in Camarillo, CA.

I’ve lived at the Avalon Camarillo going on three years and couldn’t be happier with my time here. Nick has been super helpful since the day I signed my first lease and Rene and the maintenance staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The apartment layouts are great, amenities are convenient and the community feels safe. My kids and I love living in this community and hope to continue to call it home for years to come.
