Juliana is great! She was attentive and hard working during our house hunt. She passed along several good suggestions for service providers for our new home and helped coordinate inspections and immediate repairs/cleaning/fumigation while we were out of state. Juliana also listened to and observed what we wanted during the house hunting process and she zeroed in on our style quickly. We hope not to move for a long time, but we would work with her again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend her to others.

My husband and I have been looking at homes off and on for the past few years but it wasn’t until we started working with Juli that we really go the ball rolling. The home buying process is a marathon not a sprint. Juliana seamlessly navigated the difficult hurdles of our home purchase. From late night calls and texts. To encouragement when we were down.
