Wendy's

Wendy's with a lot of room. We used the high top table/chairs. They made our order right when we noticed something missing. Young people were hanging out in their car, came in occasionally to order something, and went back to car. They weren't bothering anyone but they were noticeably hanging out.

Best Breakfast Baconator I've ever had. I will look back on this day and remember this burger with fondness. And customer service was A+^2. I would think that everyone there woke up with smiles if I didn't know better. 10/10

Can't beat a double stack when you've been working all day and you don't want to go home and cook! The service was great. Friendly staff as always at this location. Bathroom was clean. Good experience..

Store seems to be under new management, and it is showing in the best way. I am glad, as this is the most convenient location to where I live, and am happy to see things improving.

The last time I came here the worker was the RUDEST ff worker I've met in a while. It made me rethink coming here today.

However I just met the nicest , sweetest woman here. She was a worker and older, working in the back and was called up to help me. I was not quite ready as I wasn't sure what I was going to get I was just near when I came in. She was patient, had a friendly conversation with me and then when I asked to use the bathroom she offered to watch my food and drinks so I didn't have to take it into the restroom (it was a to go order). That was just so out of the ordinary now days it really touched me. I would visit again just to see her. I wish I had gotten her name so I could tell the community. Thank you kind lady.

LOVE THE FOOD HERE . ALWAYS ON POINT AND HOT AND FRESH. BUT SERVICE IS GOOD BUT VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY. Not even a " HI, may I take your order" none of that and NO Up sell at all not that I'm complaining I only bring this up because I wanted a cookie and decided this after I pay for oh (5 meals I might add) and I see I could get 1 cookie with each meal for like $1 (might be wrong on price) but if you buy a cookie all alone by its self it's like $2-3 by it self but if I would of added them to our meal half the price . Anyway I ask can I do that cookie with our meals and he tells me NO I can't because I should of done it with our meals and I say well can't you do it now I did buy 5 meals . NO, and neither can my manager because the system won't let her do it . So in other words NO cookie half price for me and my family I would have had to pay full price for them so I just said forget it . But WOW had 3 sad lil ones with me and they heard it all too. So I wasn't happy about having sad baby's when I l ft out of there after I dropped like $35-40 bucks on food . You want my opinion after all that he should of just gave my 3 girls a cookie if nothing else but I understand and don't all in one .. just think a lil friendly wouldn't hurt no matter the time of day or night.

The staff is friendly and food is good every time I've come. Sometimes you might get the wrong item but I've never had a problem with going up and asking politely if it can be corrected, and it is resolved pretty easily.

They had one person filling the orders and taking orders for anyone that did not want to use the kiosk. Did not take too long considering there were 5 orders ahead of me. It was an older woman with all grey hair, not that that should matter, I'm an "older" woman myself. But my husband order was correct except no sauce for the nuggets. I ordered the pretzel burger meal . I got fries, a cup for a drink, but had to correct her. She gave me a small and I ordered a medium. Then I got a single, a chicken bacon sandwich in a regular bun and another small hamburger! There was a mrg putting sandwiches together. Sh
e should have notice that this employee was getting everyone's orders wrong.

I've only visited this location a couple of times but it was a good experience, especially the last visit.

The restaurant was very nice and clean, the employees were very friendly, and the food was great and made quickly.

I had a very bad experience using the Wendy's app involving this restaurant but it was not the restaurant's fault. If you avoid mobile orders on the Wendy's app and are in the area, I couldn't recommend this location more.

Only place open at 12:30am on a Friday morning. There was only one car in front of me but apparently they had a large order so drive thru teller informed me I had to wait 5 minutes or so. Once done I ordered, pulled up, waited a few minutes for my food. The young Latina girl who took my order and payment was very apologetic and handed me my drink and sandwich. It was hot drink was cold and I was pleased. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she deserves to be recognized

Max at the front counter was amazing. My dude helped us, even though we had a phone call come through mid order, super polite to everyone at the store. Seriously a good dude.
Foods always bangin here!!

I love the food here. A lot better than McDonald's or burger king, that's for sure. Always fresh always made to order, Wendy's is a place that you can crave....

Edit: Waited about 6 months to come back, and I actually had a great visit! They were out of a lot of stuff, but the customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. Changing my review to 5 stars from 1 star. Left my old review below, maybe the higher ups will see some progress is being made!

Just like the other reviews say, this place is broken. Wendy's was always my favorite growing up, and this is not only the worst Wendy's I've been too, possibly the worst restaurant. Here's a list: 30-45 mins for a simple order that is cold, gross and wrong when you get it, the bathroom looked like people had been living in there for weeks, tables and floor in the seating area looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day, lots of upset customers made it very uncomfortable to be inside. The staff was actually pretty nice, there were several customers screaming at the manager and she was taking it well and being apologetic. The other staff looked like they hated their jobs, but probably as a result of handling upset customers all day. They seemed horribly understaffed, I counted a manager, two people cooking, and one person taking orders. This location always seems so busy- I don't know how that's enough people. I don't know anything about the restaurant business but there are deep flaws here! I hope this place gets better because I love Wendy's and want to come back!

let it be known, on Thursday March 9th in the year 2023 at 10:50 AM, I casually stopped to get a baconator meal, I was not prepared to receive the pinnacle of baconators the bacon was at a crunch level I never expected to find on a burger ever, the fries were incredibly crispy, perfection one might call the fries, the drink a Dr Pepper, the only down side of this is, I will for ever chase that perfect baconator meal, I hope to one day be reunited with perfection

Biggie bag @ about 8:15 PM. Four 10's! Great. Hot crispy fries -- 10. Chicken Nuggets -- hot and cooked just right -- 10. Bacon cheese burger -- no mayo, no ketcup, +mustard +extra pickles -- correctly made and delivered in timely manner -- 10. Lemonade just the right amount of ice -- 10

This Wendy's just north of 88th on Washington Street is top notch. The one at 120th and York(or Steele) just has So many problems. 2 weeks in a row they could only accept cash and to me that makes me very suspicious of the employees ripping off the cash.
A few months ago I ordered a Jr deluxe cheeseburger, got home to find 2 in my bag with all the fixings and neither had a spec of beef.
WHERE'S THE BEEF!! That was in an old Wendy's TV commercial years ago.

I don’t usually like to leave reviews, but after reading all the bad reviews on this restaurant I just had to leave my own. The drive through cashier Camilia made my day, seems to enjoy her job. Had fast pace and constantly smiled. I don’t know if she’s new staff or they have new management for this location, because the reviews I’m reading don’t match how I was served yesterday morning by her! Amazing service will definitely visit this location again!

Always delicious & fresh. They make a very good effort at following all my special requests. I am forever grateful for the yummy food
