Days inn motels are always affordable. However, I was impressed with the front desk personnel and that she went over every detail and it was an easy check in. I enjoyed the room that we were set up with. You are also able to get breakfast and the kitchen staff would continuously refill the food when it would empty out. I truly enjoyed the stay!

First of all let me say that I am not affiliated with Wyndam properties or the hotel industry at this hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my life the attention to detail goes far beyond the expectations the staff including the manager Lily go the extra mile and making sure that you were staying as is pleasant and it’s informative as it can be each reaching out doing the most that they can do to make sure that your stay at the Yakima days in the best that I could ever be. I must say that the sheets and the towels the curtains are all very good quality the beds are amazing I had a king room and I just melt when I get into that bed the sheets are good quality so they just feel good when you get inside there’s like five or six pillows more than ample but you just get lost in your sleep amazing nights rest thank you again to all the staff housekeeping kudos to you front desk girls you guys are the backbone of the customers experience you’re the first to see them and the last to go and what an impression You ladies have made on me keep your smiles and your good attitudes and your warm hearts you all are gonna go far in life God bless you.

The room was great! Nice king size bed. Location left a little to be desired...too many shady characters hanging around. Have to kinda look over your shoulder when loading your vehicle after check out. Good experience overall though.

The girl who works the front desk in the morning (tall beautiful brunette) is amazing. My morning appointment ended much sooner than expected and she let me check in early, no problem. She told me about some cool spots in town and was very personable. I was almost disappointed with how quickly she got me checked in because we were having such good convo. Great customer service goes a long way with me. I wish I got her name (and number lmao) because she deserves recognition.

Hotel review

Pros:
I always have doubts when choosing a hotel because of the price (lol) but I was pleasantly surprised by this Days Inn. The rooms are clean, no foul smells and nothing was stained or broken. The doors are thick and the locks work well. TVs have a lot of channels + HBO. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Wifi worked well enough to play COD Mobile and watch videos on YouTube. The microwave, fridge and coffee pot all worked well. The bathroom was clean and a decent size. The rooms have plenty of storage space, lighting, a desk, dark blinds for sleeping in and an arm chair with a table by the window. There’s a small closet with hangers, an iron/board, a shelf and a safe. They serve breakfast from 6-9am that includes: waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, toast, bagels, juice and coffee.

Cons:
If this hotel was in a different part of town, they could easily charge $15-20 more per night. It’s not the worst area and I wasn’t concerned about my safety but I made sure to park near my room to keep an eye/ear on my car. Other than that I can’t really say anything negative about this hotel. I wouldn’t expect $60/night to include a pool, fitness room or huge breakfast. If you’re looking for those things then you should expect to pay closer to $90-100 per night.

Was very impressed for what this place appeared not to be.The lobby is nice. It had its own breakfast room that was closed off by a sliding door. There was orange juice and you can even make your own waffles fresh from a little Flippy grill. Plenty of seating was very impressed.

The staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet. There is a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge in the room.
There could be better water pressure, but good HOT water.
The complimentary breakfast is typical waffles and powdered eggs.
Plenty of parking. And not a "bad" neighborhood.

This place was clean, had comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, and was very quiet. It’s in kind of a dumpy part of town, but the price was fabulous! We had no complaints. I highly recommend this place.

Room was very nice and clean. The price was great, and the staff is amazing. They even fulfilled my ridiculous request for skittles and a picture of Thor. Just above and beyond in customer service. Thank you guys so much for everything you were a small part of our trip but you made our stay comfortable and your great staff made it memorable. No reason to look any more for a place to stay in the area, JUST STAY HERE.

Our room was nice and clean. We where super happy about that. The staff was super nice. The only thing wrong was the men outside talking really loud at 6am well my 5 month old baby and my daughter's and husband and I where trying to sleep. The place is alot nicer then the last place we stayed in Yakima. Way cleaner. Thank you Days Inn.

Very clean. Great bed and quiet. Wish breakfast included a protein, but good offerings. Front desk and staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again. Price equal to other areas and equal value.

Surprised 3 times

Firstly, when we got here, there were so many homeless people around the hotel.

Secondly, when we entered, the room was very nice. It is spacious and clean. It is definitely more than what we paid.

Thirdly, there is a homeless shelter nearby. The mission serves 3 warm meals a day, and it was indeed a something we need in our society.

Once I knew this, I couldnt complain any more

Overall, thanks for their business, and i think we gonna spend a good time here

Can't say how much of a good time we had at this hotel. Kiley and all her ladies are absolutely wonderful. Travel for a living, so having someone to treat you like a normal human being instead of just a customer is refreshing. There are alot of homeless around yes, but the staff run a real tight ship. Always on the ball when it comes to nuisances. Anyone who puts a bad review about this location or staff are just bitter people that can't be made happy.

I have always believed that "you get what you paid for". That being said, my husband and I were extremely pleased with our suite and the hotel in general. The room what much larger than expected. The staff were very friendly, professional and available. Housekeeping kept everything Spin-n-Span. I lovedthe 4 cup coffee pot I stead on one of those single cup machines. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Beds comfortable, rooms nice temperature, clean. No coffeemaker in room. Breakfast was amazing. I wanted to stay one more night...weekend prices went up significantly. Don't think that would have counted for second stay Wyndham to get $100 rewards gift card
I just checked out, they quoted me $165 for a room tonight it's listed on their site as $59 and with other listing companies

I booked my stay through a third party vendor “Priceline” because I was going to be in Yakima for a few days for business and needed a inexpensive hotel to lay my head. When I got here the initial room though very clean and well kept had noisy guests right next to me. I related this to the front desk personnel who’s name is Gabe and I mean just his whole approach was extraordinary! Gabe was very apologetic, switched my room, hassle free and even upgraded my reservation for the inconvenience! I was very pleased with his overall kind and friendly approach! He definitely made my stay ALOT more pleasant and that is the only reason I ended up booking this hotel a second time when I was back in town for work!
