Metro by T-Mobile

Went in earlier today because I needed to switch from at&t and it only took me about five minutes from start to finish. Kept my number and got a better version of my phone for free, and the lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful.

Had trouble getting my auto pay set up again with a new card and went in and got fast and efficient customer service with Kevin!! He was very helpful and professional! Thanks again! :)

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS GOING INTO THE STORE AFTER REDING A FEW OF THE PAST REVIEWS. BUT WITH THEIR 5G DEAL FOR $25 P/M PLUS A FREE PHONE WAS TOO GOOD TO PASS UP. WITH THE HELP OF JACKIE I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CELL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPEXTED. I LEFT THERE WITH EVERYTHING TRANSFERED FROM MY OLD PHONE EVEN MY OLD NUMBER
AND EVERYTHING NEW ALL SET UP..THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE MODEL PHONE WAS SO NEW THEY DIDN'T HAVE ACCESSORIES FOR IT YET. I WILL BE GOING BACK THOUGH.
