I came here yesterday for an oil change with my new car, and they have found a fluid leak I didn't even know about. They did my oil change in under 30 min! They have really good customer service and the manager is really friendly. I definitely recommend coming here.

HUGE THANK YOU TO SABRINA, TREVOR, AND LUIS!!! We just got our car back from Aamco, radiator replaced $$$$. We were driving from Roseville to Oroville and when we reached Marysville we heard a scraping sound under the car. Pulled into the 1st stop which happened to be this jiffy lube. Was greeted by these 3 helpful employees who were more than happy to help us get our unfastened skid plate off. They were super kind and got us back on the road in 10 min, FREE OF CHARGE!! This is the oppitomy of customer service!! Not because it was free which we would have paid but because it was closing time and they were more than eager to help. I cant thank you guys enough.

The employees did not turn me away even though the Shop was about to close in 10 min. Most of the businesses now a days would turn you away even with 15-20 minutes until closing time. These shows true commitment from the employees to their employer.

This Marysville, California Jiffy Lube is the best in customer service. I recently arrived in my Toyota Tacoma Truck on Monday and the staff was excellent! The three individuals in the early morning of 9 am acted very professional, with excellent customer service. They offer options of extra service and inform details of vehicle. Fast and friendly service. We changed from another competitor. They never had the right filters. I have 5 different vehicles Jiffy Lube always has what I need.

Great service for me showing up on a Friday at 4 o'clock. Got me in and out in a hour. Came right to the vehicle as soon as I pulled in and got me set right up.

Stopped in today (1/14/22) and was immediately greeted by the staff. They were very helpful and even pointed out a coolant leak for me to have checked out by a mechanic. I like how thorough and detailed they were about my oil change needs along with how friendly they treated me.
